Ce document de 192 pages propose une nouvelle gestion de la comptabilite\u0301 des ONG au Burkina Faso. <\/b><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019adoption des outils de gestion est reste\u0301e assez marginale au sein des ONG en comparaison aux entreprises du secteur marchand. C\u2019est le constat qui a valu a\u0300 l\u2019e\u0301crivain Dr Pingwende\u0301 Nathanaiel Congo de faire des recherches pour aboutir a\u0300 une meilleure prise en charge de la comptabilite\u0301 des ONG au Burkina Faso. Ces recherches ont abouti sur un roman qui a e\u0301te\u0301 pre\u0301sente\u0301 le jeudi 15 fe\u0301vrier 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019est agi d\u2019un livre de 192 pages scinde\u0301 en deux parties compose\u0301es de 4 chapitres. Tous avec pour objectif la meilleure gestion comptable des ONG du pays selon son concepteur.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Concre\u0300tement, c\u2019est comme si vous e\u0302tes en face d\u2019une association qui a deux projets. Et chacun des projets est finance\u0301 par des bailleurs diffe\u0301rents mais qui ont des charges communes. Comment re\u0301partir cette charge sur les deux projets ?<\/p>\n<p>Il se trouve que la comptabilite\u0301 analytique a e\u0301te\u0301 conc\u0327ue dans le contexte des entreprises marchandes. Il faut donc une ne\u0301cessaire adaptation de cette comptabilite\u0301 analytique au concept des ONG\u00bb, a indique\u0301 l\u2019e\u0301crivain.<\/p>\n<p>Au dela\u0300 de cet aspect, le document livre des secrets pour faciliter le choix des me\u0301thodes de cette comptabilite\u0301 analytique, toujours selon Nathanaiel Congo. \u00ab De toutes ces me\u0301thodes qui existent, aucune ne pourrait re\u0301pondre aux besoins des ONG. Il faut un ne\u0301cessaire travail de re\u0301adaptation. Pour celle de la comptabilite\u0301 budge\u0301taire, nous proposons des ame\u0301liorations pour la rendre plus analytique\u00bb, a-t-il ajoute\u0301.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ide\u0301e de normaliser ce re\u0301fe\u0301rentiel est une ide\u0301e lumineuse qui ne\u0301cessite un travail d\u2019Hercule\u00bb selon le parrain de l\u2019e\u0301crivain le Pr. Robert Bationo. \u00ab Ce que nous constatons c\u2019est que chacun y allait selon son re\u0301fe\u0301rentiel particulier en fonction des besoins du bailleur de fonds. Cette ide\u0301e de la re\u0301forme rele\u0300ve d\u2019un travail d\u2019Hercule. L\u2019ouvrage permettra a\u0300 ces praticiens de parler le me\u0302me langage et de s\u2019appuyer sur un cadre bien harmonise\u0301\u00bb, a-t-il fe\u0301licite\u0301.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est le me\u0302me langage de fe\u0301licitations qu\u2019a tenu le patron de cette de\u0301dicace Yacouba Traore\u0301, pre\u0301sident de l\u2019ordre national des experts comptables du Burkina. \u00ab L\u2019ouvrage re\u0301pond a\u0300 un besoin. Cet ouvrage tente de trouver des solutions\u00bb, a-t-il conclu.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u0153uvre est disponible au prix de 7 000 F CFA a\u0300 la librairie Mercury. Le Burkina Faso compte environ 1 000 Organisations non gouvernementales (ONG). Au regard de leur apport dans le quotidien socio-e\u0301conomique du pays, une nuit de reconnaissances se tient d\u2019ailleurs pour mettre en lumie\u0300re ce ro\u0302le.
