Malgre\u0301 leur hausse, ils manquent cruellement et les transporteurs font recours au marche\u0301 paralle\u0300le. \u00ab La\u0300-bas, un litre d\u2019essence cou\u0302te 12 mille francs burundais et l\u2019affaire se fait dans un lieu su\u0302r et de fac\u0327on clandestine \u00bb, re\u0301ve\u0300le un jeune conducteur de bus faisant re\u0301gulie\u0300rement le trajet Rugombo-Bujumbura. Mais une fois repe\u0301re\u0301s, de lourdes sanctions sont applique\u0301es aux commerc\u0327ants clandestins.<\/p>\n<p>A titre illustratif, 2 personnes accuse\u0301es de commerce illicite de carburant et d\u2019atteinte a\u0300 l\u2019e\u0301conomie du pays ont e\u0301te\u0301 conduites a\u0300 la prison centrale de Mpimba apre\u0300s le proce\u0300s a\u0300 la chambre du conseil en date 26 juillet. Devant une telle situation, le ticket de transport a sensiblement monte\u0301 passant du simple au double et me\u0302me au plus.<\/p>\n<p>Selon un chauffeur rencontre\u0301 au chef-lieu de la province Cibitoke, il faut actuellement de\u0301bourser au moins 13 mille francs pour faire le trajet Rugombo-Bujumbura alors que les voyageurs avaient l\u2019habitude de payer 5 mille francs pendant les situations normales sans pe\u0301nurie de carburant.<\/p>\n<p>Me\u0302me situation pour les de\u0301placements a\u0300 l\u2019inte\u0301rieur de la province. Comme on a pu le constater sur place, il faut avoir 17 mille francs pour le transport Rugombo-Bukinanyana alors qu\u2019avant, on payait seulement 7 mille francs.<\/p>\n<p><b>Les prix des denre\u0301es alimentaires en hausse<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Selon un chauffeur de ve\u0301hicule de type Fuso, suite a\u0300 la pe\u0301nurie de mazout, le prix du kilo de pomme de terre en provenance de Kayanza est passe\u0301 de 1000 BIF a\u0300 1800 BIF dans les marche\u0301s locaux de Cibitoke. Me\u0302me son de cloche pour les e\u0301changes des produits vivriers a\u0300 l\u2019inte\u0301rieur de la province. Le kilo de haricot produit a\u0300 Mugina est passe\u0301 de 1800 BIF a\u0300 3 mille BIF sur le marche\u0301 de Buganda.<\/p>\n<p>La persistance du manque de carburant a\u0300 Cibitoke est a\u0300 la base de la baisse significative de la circulation des biens et des personnes.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019administration tranquillise. Elle dit que cette question de pe\u0301nurie de carburant sera incessamment re\u0301solue.
