Shingiro Albert, l\u2019excellent Ministre burundais des Affaires Etrange\u0300res<\/b>, <b>S.E. Ndayishimiye Evariste, Ge\u0301ne\u0301ral Major et Pre\u0301sident du Burundi<\/b>, a rencontre\u0301 <b>S.E. Afwerki Isaias, Pre\u0301sident de l\u2019E\u0301rythre\u0301e,<\/b> pour discuter du renforcement des relations bilate\u0301rales et des enjeux de paix et de se\u0301curite\u0301 en Afrique. Le Chef d\u2019e\u0301tat de l\u2019Erythre\u0301e a salue\u0301 le courage des troupes burundaises en mission de maintien de la paix.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ASF, une initiative lance\u0301e en 2002 par les ance\u0302tres bienheureux Kadhafi et Mandela pour cre\u0301er une arme\u0301e africaine, avait e\u0301te\u0301 interrompue en 2011 suite a\u0300 l\u2019assassinat de l\u2019ance\u0302tre bienheureux Kadhafi par la coalition occidentale de l\u2019OTAN. Aujourd\u2019hui, le Mali, le Burkina Faso et le Niger, en unifiant leurs politiques de de\u0301fense, ont redonne\u0301 vie a\u0300 cette ide\u0301e.
