Africa-Press – Burundi. <\/strong><\/span>Au cours d\u2019une audience accord\u00e9e \u00e0 une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du Conseil de Paix et de S\u00e9curit\u00e9, le mardi 22 juin au Palais Ntare Rushatsi, le Chef de l\u2019Etat Son Excellence Evariste Ndayishimiye a fortement recommand\u00e9 au Conseil de Paix et de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019Union Africaine d\u2019analyser profond\u00e9ment et objectivement les situations probl\u00e9matiques qui s\u2019observent en Afrique et proposer des solutions aux Chefs d\u2019Etat.<\/p>\n

Au cours des \u00e9changes avec cette d\u00e9l\u00e9gation qui \u00e9tait conduite par l\u2019Amb. Daniel OWASSA, Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil de Paix et de S\u00e9curit\u00e9, le Num\u00e9ro Un Burundais a relat\u00e9 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience du Burundi comme un pays post conflit qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 secou\u00e9 par des crises r\u00e9p\u00e9titives depuis l\u2019\u00e9poque coloniale mais qui vit une renaissance en essayant de promouvoir son d\u00e9veloppement socio-\u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Le Burundi est un pays qui a connu un conflit interne marqu\u00e9 par des divisions et des massacres \u00bb, a indiqu\u00e9 le Chef de l\u2019Etat qui se r\u00e9jouit que cette p\u00e9riode est r\u00e9volu et que les Burundais ayant compris le slogan \u00ab Tous ensemble, rien n\u2019est impossible \u00bb, se regroupent \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent en coop\u00e9ratives pour augmenter la production.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Le grand probl\u00e8me que nous avons en Afrique est que nous comptons toujours sur l\u2019aide ext\u00e9rieure alors que nous avons des richesses. Et tant que nous sommes pauvres, nous n\u2019aurons pas de paix \u00bb, a soulign\u00e9 le Pr\u00e9sident Ndayishimiye invitant les pays Africains \u00e0 travailler d\u2019arrache-pied pour promouvoir leur auto d\u00e9veloppement, sans oublier de revenir aux anciennes valeurs qui visaient la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une Afrique unie.<\/p>\n

Le Chef de l\u2019Etat a \u00e9galement \u00e9voqu\u00e9 l\u2019importance de combattre le d\u00e9s\u0153uvrement des jeunes afin de pr\u00e9venir leur implication dans des groupes arm\u00e9s terroristes.<\/p>\n

La d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du Conseil de Paix et de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019Union Africaine a salu\u00e9 la vision du Pr\u00e9sident Burundais de promouvoir l\u2019autonomisation des jeunes Africains en vue de les inciter \u00e0 contribuer au d\u00e9veloppement de leurs pays, comme le t\u00e9moigne la conf\u00e9rence des jeunes africains tenue \u00e0 Bujumbura en date du 23 avril 2022.<\/p>\n

Par ailleurs, les Ambassadeurs des pays membres de l\u2019Union Africaine ont rendu hommage au Chef de l\u2019Etat Burundais pour sa contribution au renforcement de la bonne gouvernance et de la lutte contre le terrorisme en Afrique comme stipul\u00e9 dans son discours prononc\u00e9 Malabo \u00e0 l\u2019occasion du Sommet des Chefs d\u2019Etat de l\u2019Union Africaine.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Nous sommes venus vous t\u00e9moigner notre soutien et encourager le Burundi \u00e0 pers\u00e9v\u00e9rer dans la voie qu\u2019il a choisie \u00bb, a laiss\u00e9 entendre l\u2019Amb.OWASSA, en r\u00e9it\u00e9rant au Pr\u00e9sident Ndayishimiye la volont\u00e9 du Conseil de Paix et de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019Union Africaine de toujours puiser la sagesse dans ses conseils pr\u00e9cieux.<\/p>\n
