Ainsi lorsque l\u2019 \u2013<b> Etat des Barundi<\/b> \u2013 ou \u2013 <b>Ingoma<\/b> \u2013 a besoin de gens vertueux pour l\u2019aider a\u0300 <b>l\u2019harmonisation sociale,<\/b> notamment dans <b>la gestion \u2013 juste \u2013 de la planification ou encore au niveau judiciair<\/b>e, il fait recourt a\u0300 ces 2 confre\u0301ries, l\u2019une genre\u0301e fe\u0301minin et l\u2019autre masculin.<\/p>\n<p>En ce mois de septembre 2022, les Ministe\u0300re burundais de l\u2019Inte\u0301rieur et de la Justice ont de\u0301cide\u0301 de mettre en place, dans les 2.639 collines et 312 quartiers du Burundi, 43.650 notables e\u0301lus de\u0301mocratiquement a\u0300 l\u2019e\u0301chelle nationale dans leur propre colline ou quartier, permettant d\u2019aider a\u0300 re\u0301soudre certains litiges au niveau communautaire et de\u0301sengorger, ainsi, les tribunaux locaux.<\/p>\n<p>Mercredi, <b>M. Hatungimana Albert, Gouverneur de Kirundo<\/b>, participait a\u0300<b> la prestation de serment de 2.889 notables collinaires et de quartiers , appele\u0301s -abahuza-,<\/b> e\u0301tant des \u2013<b> e\u0302tres porteurs de ve\u0301rite\u0301s<\/b> \u2013 , e\u0301lus par les citoyens qui les connaissent dans leur colline et dans leur quartier respectif de la province Kirundo.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u2013 <b>abahuza<\/b> \u2013 ne sont pas l\u2019e\u0301quivalent des \u2013<b>abashingantahe<\/b>\u2013 et des \u2013<b>abapfasoni<\/b>\u2013 chez les Barundi. Car les uns sont des <b>notables collinaires ou de quartiers<\/b>, institutions de\u0301pendant de l\u2019Etat, finance\u0301s par l\u2019Etat. Tandis que les -abashingantahe- et les -abapfasoni- sont des confre\u0301ries des Barundi lie\u0301s a\u0300 l\u2019Ubuntu des Barundi, issus de tous les -imiryango- des Barundi. D\u2019ou\u0300 alors, pour ne pas porter a\u0300 la confusion, le Ministe\u0300re burundais de l\u2019Inte\u0301rieur a demande\u0301 aux -abashingantahe- de fonctions ( C\u2019est a\u0300 dire une institution mise en place pendant la guerre civile burundaise de 1993 a\u0300 2003 par l\u2019Etat, finance\u0301e par l\u2019Etat ) de prendre fin. Car il n\u2019y a plus d\u2019argent pour cette institution e\u0301tatique des -abashingantahe-.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois les confre\u0301ries Barundi des -abashingantahe- et des -abapfasoni-, eux , de
