Butisi Nibigira Nestor, commerc\u0327ant en commune Giharo,<\/b> avait e\u0301te\u0301 arre\u0302te\u0301 par<b> la Police Nationale du Burundi (PNB)<\/b> apre\u0300s une fouille re\u0301alise\u0301e dans son magasin et a\u0300 son domicile le lundi 24 octobre 2022, ou\u0300 a e\u0301te\u0301 saisi 35 sacs d\u2019engrais chimiques, 17 sacs de sucre et 9 bidons de boissons prohibe\u0301es. Contrebandier, ce dernier de\u0301tournait et vendait illicitement des engrais chimiques.<\/p>\n<p>Ce lundi, le<b> Tribunal de Grande Instance (TGI) de Rutana<\/b>, en audience publique, a condamne\u0301 M.
