Cette dernie\u0300re confirme que le de\u0301lai de de\u0301po\u0302t du me\u0301moire d&rsquo;appel ne commencera a\u0300 courir qu&rsquo;a\u0300 compter de la notification des motifs de la de\u0301cision rendue contre le pre\u0301sident de la FECAFOOT.<\/p>\n<p>Si la FECAFOOT salue cette \u00ab\u00a0clarification proce\u0301durale bienvenue\u00a0\u00bb, elle n&rsquo;en exprime pas moins sa stupe\u0301faction face a\u0300 ce qu&rsquo;elle qualifie de contraste troublant. L&rsquo;instance camerounaise pointe du doigt \u00ab\u00a0la ce\u0301le\u0301rite\u0301 observe\u0301e dans la prononciation de la sanction \u2014 moins de deux heures apre\u0300s l&rsquo;audience \u2014 et les de\u0301lais prolonge\u0301s, voire inde\u0301termine\u0301s\u00a0\u00bb constate\u0301s dans la communication des motifs de cette de\u0301cision.<\/p>\n<p>Selon la fe\u0301de\u0301ration, ces retards affectent \u00ab\u00a0la re\u0301putation et l&rsquo;honneur du Pre\u0301sident de la Fe\u0301de\u0301ration dans l&rsquo;exercice de ses fonctions\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Le communique\u0301 rappelle qu&rsquo;il ne s&rsquo;agit pas d&rsquo;un cas isole\u0301. \u00ab\u00a0A\u0300 l&rsquo;occasion d&rsquo;un pre\u0301ce\u0301dent dossier disciplinaire, il avait fallu plus de neuf mois pour obtenir successivement les motifs, la de\u0301cision comple\u0300te, puis la fixation d&rsquo;une date d&rsquo;audience\u00a0\u00bb, souligne la FECAFOOT.<\/p>\n<p>Dans sa de\u0301claration, la Fe\u0301de\u0301ration Camerounaise de Football re\u0301affirme son attachement a\u0300 une proce\u0301dure e\u0301quitable et au respect des de\u0301lais raisonnables.
