Le magistrat Alexandre Anaba Mbo, Pr\u00e9sident du Tribunal administratif du Centre, sis \u00e0 Yaound\u00e9, a donn\u00e9 gain de cause \u00e0 l\u2019enseignant titulaire en science politique et en droit public des Universit\u00e9s qui contestait la d\u00e9cision prise le 22 mars 2021 par le Ministre de l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur, Jacques Fame Ndongo, l\u2019affectant \u00e0 Garoua \u00e0 l\u2019annexe de la Facult\u00e9 des sciences juridiques et politiques de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Ngaound\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Le juge a ordonn\u00e9 la suspension des effets de cette d\u00e9cision pour plusieurs raisons mentionn\u00e9es dans sa sentence. Par exemple, il estime qu\u2019aucun am\u00e9nagement n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 envisag\u00e9 au lieu de travail pour permettre au requ\u00e9rant d\u2019exercer effectivement son activ\u00e9 eu \u00e9gard \u00e0 son statut de handicap\u00e9 visuel.<\/p>\n

Rappelons qu\u2019avant l\u2019affectation de l\u2019Universitaire dans le septentrion, le Professeur Jacques Fame Ndongo, avait sign\u00e9 une premi\u00e8re d\u00e9cision, le 19 mars 2021, portant limogeage du Professeur Pascal Charlemagne Messanga Nyamding de son porte de Chef du D\u00e9partement de l\u2019int\u00e9gration et de la Coop\u00e9ration pour le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 l\u2019Institut des relations internationales du Cameroun (IRIC) au profit d\u2019Yves Paul Mandejm, Ma\u00eetre de conf\u00e9rences.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
