Le directeur de l\u2019Institut Fran\u00e7ais du Cameroun antenne de Douala Samuel Pasquier et le ma\u00eetre-restaurateur de renom Thomas Fournier se sont fait pr\u00e9senter les infrastructures du campus principal qui abrite \u00e9galement le si\u00e8ge de cette structure universitaire qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 form\u00e9 1000 jeunes camerounais.<\/p>\n<p>Samuel Pasquier a d\u00e9couvert les lieux \u00ab avec beaucoup de plaisir, avec beaucoup d\u2019enthousiasme \u00bb. Il s\u2019est dit impressionn\u00e9 par la qualit\u00e9 des infrastructures \u00ab tr\u00e8s bien d\u00e9cor\u00e9es, tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9ables, climatis\u00e9es \u00bb ainsi que les infrastructures propres \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9 professionnelle \u00e0 l\u2019instar des cuisines. Il a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 avoir vu \u00ab un bel \u00e9tablissement \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Le directeur de l\u2019Institut Fran\u00e7ais du Cameroun antenne de Douala compte impliquer la structure qu\u2019il dirige ainsi que la coop\u00e9ration universitaire fran\u00e7aise dans l\u2019essor de l\u2019ISGH. Il veut aider le centre de formation camerounais \u00e0 consolider ses relations avec ses partenaires du moment et \u00e0 en trouver d\u2019autres. \u00ab L\u2019 Institut Fran\u00e7ais du Cameroun, au-del\u00e0 de moi, les \u00e9quipes de la coop\u00e9ration universitaire qui oeuvrent \u00e0 ces relations bilat\u00e9rales entre la France et le Cameroun dans les domaines de l\u2019universitaire, de l\u2019\u00e9cole, allons essayer de renforcer, de d\u00e9velopper le partenariat qui unit cet \u00e9tablissement avec un \u00e9tablissement en France, l\u2019Ecole H\u00f4teli\u00e8re de Saint Quentin en Yvelines, aider \u00e0 renforcer, p\u00e9renniser les partenariats d\u00e9j\u00e0 conclus et en nouer de nouveaux avec d\u2019autres structures en France, permettre \u00e0 plus d\u2019\u00e9tudiants d\u2019aller compl\u00e9ter leur formation en France. C\u2019est important de voyager, dans les m\u00e9tiers de la gastronomie, de se confronter \u00e0 d\u2019autres mani\u00e8res de faire, de revenir enrichi de toutes ces rencontres et de toutes ces fa\u00e7ons de faire \u00bb, rel\u00e8ve Samuel Pasquier. Thomas Fournier, le ma\u00eetre d\u2019h\u00f4tel qui l\u2019accompagnait a expos\u00e9 son savoir-faire en faisant une d\u00e9monstration de cuisine au campus num\u00e9ro 1. Ce propri\u00e9taire d\u2019un h\u00f4tel-restaurant \u00e0 Poitiers, en France, s&rsquo;est dit dispos\u00e9 \u00e0 aider les \u00e9tudiants de l\u2019ISGH dans le domaine de la gastronomie.<\/p>\n<p>Sidonie Seudieu, la fondatrice et patronne de l\u2019ISGH consid\u00e8re que ses h\u00f4tes ont pos\u00e9 ce 15 Octobre un acte honorable en acceptant de venir voir et soutenir son institut. \u00ab Nous sommes tr\u00e8s heureux de recevoir l\u2019Institut Fran\u00e7ais du Cameroun par son directeur de l\u2018antenne de Douala. C\u2019est un honneur pour l\u2019ISGH de recevoir Thomas Fournier, l\u2019un des plus grand chefs cuisiniers fran\u00e7ais qui est en visite au Cameroun pour quelques jours. Il va toucher du doigt ce que nous proposons aux jeunes Camerounais. C\u2019est un honneur et nous sommes flatt\u00e9s de voir l\u2019ouverture que l\u2019Institut Fran\u00e7ais du Cameroun peut donner \u00e0 nos \u00e9tudiants \u00e9galement \u00bb, a-t-elle r\u00e9agi.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a deux mois, un \u00e9tablissement fran\u00e7ais d\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur, l\u2019Ecole H\u00f4teli\u00e8re Saint Quentin En Yvelines .Acad\u00e9mie de Versailles, cit\u00e9e parmi les toutes meilleures dans son domaine, recrutait 7 jeunes camerounais pour une formation qui va durer deux ans dans son campus \u00e0 Paris.
