Un ministre en fonction train\u00e9 en justice pour escroquerie. Il s\u2019agit du ministre de la Sant\u00e9, Manaouda Malachie.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, selon nos confr\u00e8res du site politudenews.com, qui ont relay\u00e9 l\u2019information, \u00ab apr\u00e8s une sommation de rembourser les sommes d\u2019argent \u00ab indument per\u00e7ues \u00bb, le ministre de la sant\u00e9 a re\u00e7u une citation directe qui \u00e9t\u00e9 enr\u00f4l\u00e9e et la premi\u00e8re audience a eu lieu le 25 novembre 2021.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Manaouda Malachie ne saurait nier ni disconvenir, sauf erreur ou omission de sa part d\u2019avoir engag\u00e9 des pourparlers d\u2019octroi d\u2019un march\u00e9 public sp\u00e9cial \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 LEASER INTERNATIONAL dont la promotrice, docteur Olive Ngobo Elok pour la livraison du mat\u00e9riel m\u00e9dical et param\u00e9dical \u00bb, indique l\u2019acte de sommation servie le 9 juillet 2021<\/p>\n<p>Les faits<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019affaire oppose Dr Manaoiuda Malachie \u00e0 une plaignante au nom d\u2019Olive Ngobo Elok. Cette derni\u00e8re affirme avoir adress\u00e9 une facture proforma de 10 millions Fcfa au ministre de la sant\u00e9 pour le traitement du dossier et son enregistrement. Elle indique par la suite que \u00ab Manaouda Malachie lui a demand\u00e9 de verser cette somme d\u2019argent dans son compte Orange Money \u00ab parce qu\u2019en situation de crise, les solutions de crise s\u2019imposent et sont indispensables pour sauver les vies des hommes qui meurent de jours en jours de la COVID 19 \u00bb. Ainsi, Olive Ngobo Elok dit avoir vers\u00e9 au compte Orange Money num\u00e9ro : 6999 69 28 76 du ministre de la sant\u00e9 \u00e0 partir du compte Orange Money r\u00e9pondant au num\u00e9ro 699 89 51 24 la somme de 10 millions Fcfa. Par la suite, l\u2019on apprend qu\u2019une autre proforma arr\u00eat\u00e9 \u00e0 la somme de 27 millions Fcfa a \u00e9t\u00e9 adress\u00e9 \u00e0 Manaouda Malachie.
