La nouvelle est tomb\u00e9e comme une bombe. La Chambre de Conciliation et d’arbitrage du comit\u00e9 national olympique et sportif du Cameroun a suspendu la d\u00e9cision de la commission des recours de la Fecafoot qui validait la candidature de Seidou Njoya malgr\u00e9 les nombreux griefs port\u00e9s contre lui. Sur le plan purement juridique, la descente aux enfers de l\u2019actuel pr\u00e9sident par int\u00e9rim de la Fecafoot s\u2019explique en partie par son refus de se pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 l\u2019audience. Selon plusieurs sp\u00e9cialistes des proc\u00e9dures judiciaires, la non-comparution d\u2019une partie au proc\u00e8s r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement les chances de cette derni\u00e8re. La d\u00e9cision de la Chambre de Conciliation et d\u2019arbitrage a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 prise par d\u00e9faut en l\u2019absence de Seidou Njoya et son conseil. Pour l\u2019heure, l\u2019int\u00e9ress\u00e9 n\u2019a pas donn\u00e9 les motifs de son absence \u00e0 une audience aussi d\u00e9terminante pour sa candidature au poste de pr\u00e9sident de la Fecafoot.<\/p>\n

Selon des sources proches de la pr\u00e9sidence de la R\u00e9publique, les d\u00e9boires de Seidou Njoya s\u2019expliquent par le retournement de veste d\u2019Etoudi qui ne souhaite plus apporter son soutien au pr\u00e9sident sortant. La pr\u00e9sidence de la R\u00e9publique se serait retrouv\u00e9e dans une mauvaise posture avec les r\u00e9v\u00e9lations de corruption, preuves \u00e0 l\u2019appui faites par Samuel Eto\u2019o qui impliquaient fortement le pr\u00e9sident par int\u00e9rim de la Fecafoot. Ses relations avec le fils du pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique Franck Biya n\u2019ont pas suffit pour le tirer d\u2019affaire.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Cette premi\u00e8re convocation au parquet, n’est l\u00e0 que pour te signifier que, le sommet de l’\u00c9tat et la justice sont bien renseign\u00e9s sur tes manoeuvres de corruption et de d\u00e9tournements depuis ton arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 la t\u00eate de la Fecafoot. On ne peut reconduire \u00e0 cette institution un bandit \u00e0 col blanc. Qui vole un oeuf, volera un boeuf. Ceux qui, actuellement te poussent \u00e0 la faute, ne seront pas avec toi quand tu seras en train de lire l’heure cor\u00e9en. Ils te l\u00e2cheront \u00bb, explique l\u2019activiste Patrick Mballa, bien introduit dans le s\u00e9rail.<\/p>\n

Retour sur les r\u00e9v\u00e9lations de Samuel Eto\u2019o<\/p>\n

L\u2019ancien capitaine des Lions Indomptable du Cameroun, candidat \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidence de la Fecafoot a saisi la commission d\u2019\u00e9thique de la FECAFOOT et la FIFA pour d\u00e9noncer les actes de corruption de l\u2019actuel pr\u00e9sident par int\u00e9rim de l\u2019organisation fa\u00eeti\u00e8re du football camerounais.<\/p>\n

Samuel Eto\u2019o affirme document \u00e0 l\u2019appui que Seidou Njoya a sign\u00e9 avec le responsable du club Les Astres FC de Douala, un accord secret qui permet \u00e0 ce dernier de r\u00e9int\u00e9grer le championnat professionnel Elite One, la saison 2020\/2021 peu importe son classement sportif.<\/p>\n

Le pr\u00e9sident par int\u00e9rim de la Fecafoot a propos\u00e9 ce deal au club alors que la chambre de conciliation et d’arbitrage du comit\u00e9 national olympique et sportif du Cameroun lui ordonnait de r\u00e9tablir le club Les Astres de Douala dans ses droits avec effet imm\u00e9diat.<\/p>\n

La Fecafoot a approch\u00e9 le club Les astes FC de Douala pour lui expliquer ses difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 s’ex\u00e9cuter pour la saison 2019\/2020 pour diverses raison et contraintes…C’est ainsi que qu\u2019elle propose un r\u00e8glement \u00e0 l’amiable du conflit avec des conditions qui fr\u00f4lent la corruption. En effet selon le document consult\u00e9 par la r\u00e9daction de CamerounWeb, la Fecafoot s’engage \u00e0 r\u00e9int\u00e9grer sans conditions, \u00ab Les ASTRES FC de Douala en championnat professionnel Elite One, d\u00e8s la saison sportive prochaine (2020-2021) quel que soit son classement sportif \u00e0 l’issue de la saison 2019\/2020 \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Elle entend \u00e9galement \u00e9verser au club Les Astres FC de Douala \u00ab une indemnit\u00e9 finci\u00e8re compensatrice au titre de frais de proc\u00e9dure engag\u00e9s et de r\u00e9paration du pr\u00e9judice, subit la somme de 89 000 000 F CFA… \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Pour Samuel Eto\u2019o, son concurrent Njova n\u2019a plus sa place dans football compte tenu de sa probit\u00e9 morale. Il demande sa suspension pure et simple. \u00ab Je sollicite la suspension avec effet imm\u00e9diat des sieurs Seidou Mbombo Nchouwe Nyoya et Aboubakar Alim Konat de toute activit\u00e9 li\u00e9e au football afin de prot\u00e9ger notre institution de ces individus qui polluent l’environnement footballistique camerounais depuis plus d’une dizaine d’ann\u00e9es. \u00bb, \u00e9crit-il \u00e0 la commission d\u2019\u00e9thique de la Fecafoot.<\/p>\n
