Africa-Press – Cameroun. <\/strong><\/span>D\u2019apr\u00e8s le dernier recensement, le Minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 publique emploie au total 39 720 personnels, dont 11 346 fonctionnaires, 4846 contractuels, 3412 d\u00e9cisionnaires et 20 116 temporaires au 21 septembre 2021.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 en croire les donn\u00e9es compil\u00e9es par la Direction des Ressources Humaines du Minsant\u00e9 publi\u00e9es par le site Lurgentiste.com, le tableau des besoins fait \u00e9tat d\u2019un d\u00e9ficit notamment de pr\u00e8s de 2000 m\u00e9decins sp\u00e9cialistes, de 500 m\u00e9decins g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes ou encore de 30 000 infirmiers.<\/p>\n

Au m\u00eame moment, 500 m\u00e9decins, pharmaciens et chirurgiens-dentistes issus des facult\u00e9s de m\u00e9decine camerounaises revendiquent leur int\u00e9gration \u00e0 la fonction publique depuis bient\u00f4t un an.<\/p>\n

Pour r\u00e9sorber ce d\u00e9ficit, le Minsant\u00e9 sollicite un budget de 207,5 milliards FCFA en vue notamment de \u00abrenforcer la disponibilit\u00e9 des ressources humaines de qualit\u00e9 dans les formations sanitaires, d\u2019\u00e9laborer un nouveau plan de d\u00e9veloppement des ressources humaines et de mener le plaidoyer et le dialogue social en faveur de l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des conditions de travail des personnels de sant\u00e9\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Au moment de d\u00e9fendre le budget de son d\u00e9partement minist\u00e9riel face aux d\u00e9put\u00e9s, Manaouda Malachie a propos\u00e9 le recrutement sp\u00e9cial de 5000 personnels en 2022.<\/p>\n

Une op\u00e9ration qui permettrait par la m\u00eame occasion de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins du paquet minimum d\u2019activit\u00e9s pr\u00e9vue par la phase pilote de la Couverture sant\u00e9 universelle dont le lancement est annonc\u00e9 pour d\u00e9but janvier prochain.<\/p>\n
