Actuellement, le torchon br\u00fble entre Ngoh Ngoh, tout puissant Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la pr\u00e9sidence de la r\u00e9publique et Ketcha Courtes, Ministre camerounaise de l&rsquo;habitat et d\u00e9veloppement urbain. Paul Biya a tranch\u00e9 et inflige une cuisante \u00e0 la ministre Ketcha Courtes.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a quelques semaines, le gouvernement avait d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de l\u2019arr\u00eater les travaux de construction d\u2019une grande mosqu\u00e9e \u00e0 Yaound\u00e9, notamment \u00e0 Olembe. C\u2019est ce que dit le minist\u00e8re du Logement et du D\u00e9veloppement urbain.<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une mosqu\u00e9e non autoris\u00e9e \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 du \u00ab BLOC H \u00bb de la cit\u00e9 HLM d\u2019Olemb\u00e9. Le gouvernement a donc annonc\u00e9 que le terrain sur lequel se trouve la mosqu\u00e9e appartient \u00e0 l\u2019Etat. Dans un \u00e9change de lettres en date du 23 novembre 2021, adress\u00e9e au maire de la commune de Yaound\u00e9 1er arrondissement, le gouvernement a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019autorit\u00e9 administrative \u00ab de bien vouloir prendre des mesures urgentes pour l\u2019arr\u00eat desdits travaux, qui ne sont conformes \u00e0 aucune norme de l\u2019attribution de l\u2019espace dans cette zone \u00bb, pr\u00e9cise le ministre en charge du logement.<\/p>\n<p>Seulement, ce 28 d\u00e9cembre 2021 le Ministre d\u2019Etat, secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du gouvernement, a adress\u00e9 un courrier au Ministre des Domaines, du Cadastre, et des Affaires fonci\u00e8res pour lui demander la d\u00e9livrance d\u2019un titre foncier au profit de la Communaut\u00e9 musulmane d\u2019Olemb\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab En vous transmettant ci-joint, copie de la dol\u00e9ance adress\u00e9e au Chef de l\u2019Etat par la Communaut\u00e9 musulmane d\u2019Olemb\u00e9, relativement \u00e0 l\u2019objet ci-dessus.J\u2019ai l\u2019honneur de vous notifier les tr\u00e8s hautes instructions de M. le Pr\u00e9sident d la R\u00e9publique vous demandant de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 la d\u00e9livrance d\u2019un titre foncier au profit de la communaut\u00e9 musulmane d\u2019Olemb\u00e9 sur la parcelle de terrain d\u2019une superficie de 1718 m2 au lieu-dit Ville nouvelle d\u2019Olemb\u00e9, o\u00f9 une mosqu\u00e9e est en cours de construction.
