Bonne nouvelle pour les consommateurs qui ne demandent qu’\u00e0 revoir le poids de ladite baguette de pain augmenter. Dans un communiqu\u00e9 parvenu \u00e0 la r\u00e9daction de camerounweb, le Syndicat Patronal des Boulangers du Cameroun, fait taire la rumeur selon laquelle dans les jours \u00e0 venir, le prix de la baguette de pain va conna\u00eetre une augmentation.<\/p>\n

Yepmou Kapwa Jean Claude, le pr\u00e9sident national du Syndicat National des Boulangers du Cameroun indique dans un communiqu\u00e9 Presse sign\u00e9 ce mercredi que son Syndicat est en n\u00e9gociation avec les pouvoirs publics par rapport \u00e0 ce sujet, et que en attendant la fin des n\u00e9gociations, \u00ab\u00a0aucune augmentation n’est permise sur les prix de la farine et du pain sur l’ensemble du territoire national\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Effet d’annonce ou r\u00e9alit\u00e9 ? Cette question m\u00e9rite d’\u00eatre pos\u00e9e lorsque nous savons que tout r\u00e9cemment, le minist\u00e8re du commerce a fait des sorties pour dire que les prix du ciment, de certains produits de grande consommation etc n’allaient pas conna\u00eetre de hausse pourtant sur le march\u00e9 c’est tout le contraire.<\/p>\n

<>, s’offusque Alphonse Ayissi Abena, le pr\u00e9sident de la Fondation camerounaise des consommateurs ( FOCACO) au micro de camerounweb. Au regard de cette r\u00e9action de Alphonse Ayissi, il ressort que le pain qui est un des aliments de grande consommation au Cameroun conna\u00eet d\u00e9j\u00e0 une nouvelle hausse de son prix avec la fraude sur le poid etc.<\/p>\n

Malgr\u00e9 le communiqu\u00e9 du syndicat, nous ne serons pas surpris que le pain ordinaire vendu \u00e0 125 fcfa qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 subit une cure d’amaigrissement au niveau de son poids risque passer \u00e0 150 fcfa. La raison invoqu\u00e9e est le co\u00fbt du bl\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Et pourtant de son temps, le d\u00e9funt ing\u00e9nieur Agronome Bernard Njonga pr\u00e9sident de l’ACDIC et du CRAC, apr\u00e8s son combat pour le poulet Camerounais, avait commenc\u00e9 d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 attirer l’attention du gouvernement sur une d\u00e9pendance li\u00e9e au Bl\u00e9. Il avait organis\u00e9 alors des journ\u00e9es de d\u00e9gustations de pains fait \u00e0 base de farine locale \u00e0 savoir patate, Igname, Plantain, ma\u00efs au comice d’Ebolowa qu’il avait presque port\u00e9. Le gouvernement avait alors go\u00fbt\u00e9 un pain avec d’autres intrants. \u00c0 sa mort, il travaillait avec l’ACDIC sur la mise en place d’un Agro-industrie de production de ces farines locales et l’institution d’une loi sur l’incorporation de farine locale dans la fabrication du pain pour booster la production locale de plantain, ma\u00efs, patate pour ces farines. Faute de soutien cons\u00e9quent et d’un accompagnement des pouvoirs publiques, il n’a pas pu arriver au bout de son projet.<\/p>\n
