Objectif : obtenir la confiance du pr\u00e9sident.<\/p>\n

Qui, du secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la pr\u00e9sidence de la R\u00e9publique (SGPR), Ferdinand Ngoh Ngoh, ou du directeur du cabinet civil (DCC), Samuel Mvondo Ayolo, quittera le palais d\u2019Etoudi lors du remaniement que l\u2019on pr\u00e9dit pour d\u00e9but f\u00e9vrier, une fois la Coupe d\u2019Afrique des nations (CAN) achev\u00e9e ?<\/p>\n

\u00c9cart\u00e9 de la task force, constitu\u00e9e par Ngoh Ngoh, charg\u00e9e du suivi des chantiers de construction des infrastructures de la CAN \u2013 un programme d\u2019investissement de 500 milliards de F CFA (762,2 millions d\u2019euros) \u2013, Mvondo Ayolo a pris sa revanche lors du match d\u2019ouverture. Organisateur de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie \u00e0 laquelle avait pris part Paul Biya, le directeur du cabinet civil a tent\u00e9 de faire oublier son rival.<\/p>\n

Tensions dans les tribunes VIP d\u2019Olembe<\/b><\/p>\n

Le DCC a en effet initi\u00e9 une campagne d\u2019affichage en hommage au chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat b\u00e2tisseur de stades, portant la signature du cabinet civil de la pr\u00e9sidence. Le patron de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration africaine de football (CAF), Patrice Motsepe, a eu beau faire applaudir Ngoh Ngoh, ce dernier a d\u00fb ronger son frein lors de cette c\u00e9r\u00e9monie durant laquelle il s\u2019est retrouv\u00e9 ostracis\u00e9 par son adversaire.<\/p>\n

Les tensions \u00e9taient \u00e9galement vives dans les loges et tribunes VIP de l\u2019\u00e9crin d\u2019Olembe, o\u00f9 les invit\u00e9s ont trouv\u00e9 sur leur si\u00e8ge deux guides de la comp\u00e9tition issus des administrations rivales. Pour organiser la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, Samuel Mvondo Ayolo a refus\u00e9 de puiser dans les 13 milliards de F CFA d\u00e9bloqu\u00e9s \u00e0 cet effet.<\/p>\n

Car le DCC ne fait pas que pr\u00e9dire \u00e0 ses visiteurs que beaucoup de membres du gouvernement devront justifier de l\u2019utilisation de cet argent, il leur laisse \u00e9galement entendre que certains seront limog\u00e9s, voire que la justice pourrait les priver de libert\u00e9, alors que planent des soup\u00e7ons de malversations regardant cet argent.<\/p>\n

Fuite sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux<\/b><\/p>\n

Tandis que, le 31 d\u00e9cembre, dans son discours \u00e0 la nation pr\u00e9par\u00e9 par les \u00e9quipes du cabinet civil, Paul Biya a pr\u00e9venu que \u00ab tous ceux qui se rendaient coupables de malversations financi\u00e8res ou d\u2019enrichissement illicite en assumeraient les cons\u00e9quences devant les juridictions comp\u00e9tentes \u00bb, le DCC compte sur la lutte anti-corruption pour d\u00e9stabiliser les baronnies concurrentes.<\/p>\n

Ses proches, eux, ne d\u00e9col\u00e8rent pas depuis qu\u2019un document sign\u00e9 de sa main demandant que le voyage de trois \u00ab influenceuses \u00bb camerounaises bas\u00e9es en France et invit\u00e9es \u00e0 la CAN soit facilit\u00e9 a circul\u00e9 sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux. Ils soup\u00e7onnent le SGPR d\u2019\u00eatre derri\u00e8re cette fuite. La vive pol\u00e9mique qui a suivi a finalement abouti \u00e0 l\u2019annulation du s\u00e9jour des trois jeunes femmes et \u00e0 leur retour forc\u00e9 en France le 12 janvier.<\/p>\n
