\u2022 Une enqu\u00eate a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouverte<\/p>\n

C\u2019est une horreur qui a tout de suite interpell\u00e9 les autorit\u00e9s. En effet un jeune de 16 ans appel\u00e9 Aliou Youssef a \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9 par son oncle El Rachindine Lamido de Garoua. En effet le jeune qui \u00e9tait accus\u00e9 par sa m\u00e8re d\u2019\u00eatre t\u00eatu a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 de force et conduit au lamidat. Celui-ci a \u00e9t\u00e9 tortur\u00e9 et est mort.<\/p>\n

Selon plusieurs sources, le Lamido de Garoua nourrissait une jalousie maladive envers ce jeune qui dit-on \u00e9tait brillant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole. Alors qu\u2019il avait grandi dans une zone sous scolaris\u00e9, le jeune de 16 avait r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 obtenir son probatoire \u00e0 15 ans seulement. \u00ab Le Lamido nourrissait une jalousie maladive sans pareille contre ce neveu brillant et tr\u00e8s intelligent qui ne manquait pas une occasion de lui poser des questions pi\u00e8ges, toujours ax\u00e9es sur la culture g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. D\u2019ailleurs A 16 ans, le gar\u00e7on vient de passer avec brio son probatoire \u00bb, raconte un t\u00e9moin.<\/p>\n

Selon plusieurs dires, lorsqu\u2019il a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9, et train\u00e9 de force au Lamidat, \u00ab ses derni\u00e8res paroles \u00e9taient de dire Adieu \u00e0 sa m\u00e8re, comme s\u2019il pressentait sa mort proche, car ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas la premi\u00e8re fois qu\u2019il subissait les foudres de son oncle, bien avant m\u00eame que ce dernier n\u2019acc\u00e8de au tr\u00f4ne.<\/p>\n

Sa mort annonc\u00e9e, tous ses camarades de classe se sont r\u00e9unis autour de la m\u00e8re \u00e9plor\u00e9e. Malheureusement, la pauvre Mairamou ne verra plus jamais son cher et tendre Papy, comme elle l\u2019appelait tr\u00e8s affectueusement. Elle a alert\u00e9 toute la R\u00e9publique en accusant le Lamido d\u2019avoir tu\u00e9 son fils.<\/p>\n

Depuis le mois de mai 2021, Garoua a un nouveau lamido. Le nouveau lamido de Garoua est un capitaine des arm\u00e9es, membre des services secrets militaires. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9, \u00e0 ce titre, chef d\u2019antenne de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 militaire pour la r\u00e9gion du Centre du Cameroun. Son pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseur \u00e9tait membre du gouvernement comme secr\u00e9taire d\u2019\u00c9tat aupr\u00e8s du ministre de la Sant\u00e9 publique. Il \u00e9tait aussi en charge de la lutte contre le Covid-19 dont il est mort.<\/p>\n

Pour cette \u00e9lection, une nouvelle proc\u00e9dure a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en place dans ce lamidat du nord du Cameroun. \u00ab Bien que la chefferie soit traditionnelle, il a fallu que nous nous adaptions \u00e0 la modernit\u00e9 pour cette \u00e9lection, expliciteHaman Soulemane, natif de Garoua et dont le p\u00e8re est un serviteur du lamido. Il y avait beaucoup de candidats, qui \u00e9taient tous de la lign\u00e9e royale et qui se sont publiquement prononc\u00e9s. Les autorit\u00e9s publiques nous ont sugg\u00e9r\u00e9, pour garantir la paix dans le lamidat, et \u00e9viter les troubles, de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une d\u00e9signation du nouveau souverain par voie d\u00e9mocratique, et selon un scrutin public \u00bb, a-t-il pr\u00e9cis\u00e9.<\/p>\n
