Ainsi, gr\u00e2ce aux bourses dudit Centre bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Lille (France), les chefs d\u2019entreprises et leurs employ\u00e9s pourront b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des formations \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation des outils innovants de management strat\u00e9gique et op\u00e9rationnel. L\u2019un des crit\u00e8res d\u2019\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 est qu\u2019il faut \u00eatre membre du groupement patronal.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, \u00e0 travers ces bourses, les entreprises membres du Gicam peuvent \u00eatre mises en relation avec les entrepreneurs \u00e9trangers du r\u00e9seau ECLEE. Les chefs d\u2019entreprises peuvent aussi \u00eatre orient\u00e9s dans l\u2019acquisition des \u00e9quipements de production ad\u00e9quats et l\u2019identification des opportunit\u00e9s de financement des projets.<\/p>\n<p>Le Centre europ\u00e9en pour le leadership et l\u2019\u00e9ducation \u00e0 l\u2019entrepreneuriat est un institut ind\u00e9pendant de formation qui pr\u00f4ne l\u2019innovation p\u00e9dagogique pour l\u2019employabilit\u00e9 et la non-discrimination.
