Africa-Press – Cameroun. <\/strong><\/span>(Investir au Cameroun) – Le Tr\u00e9sor public camerounais a effectu\u00e9, le 14 mars 2022, un paiement d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats d\u2019un montant total de 2,275 milliards de FCFA sur le march\u00e9 des titres publics de la Banque des \u00c9tats de l\u2019Afrique centrale (Beac). L\u2019information est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e par le \u00ab\u2009tableau de bord des op\u00e9rations du march\u00e9 des valeurs du Tr\u00e9sor de la Cemac\u2009\u00bb, pour le compte de la p\u00e9riode allant du 14 au 18 mars 2022.<\/p>\n

Les caract\u00e9ristiques de cette op\u00e9ration indiquent qu\u2019il s\u2019agit des int\u00e9r\u00eats relatifs \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mission d\u2019obligations du Tr\u00e9sor assimilables (OTA) effectu\u00e9e le 10 mars 2021 par le gouvernement camerounais. Ces titres d\u2019une maturit\u00e9 de 7 ans, r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 6%, arrivent \u00e0 \u00e9ch\u00e9ance le 12 mars 2028.<\/p>\n

Pour rappel, selon les donn\u00e9es du minist\u00e8re des Finances, depuis le lancement du march\u00e9 des titres publics de la Beac en 2011, le Cameroun y a rembours\u00e9 des dettes et int\u00e9r\u00eats d\u2019un montant de plus de 3\u2009000 milliards de FCFA, sans d\u00e9faut de paiement. Ce qui en fait un pays plus que cr\u00e9dible aux yeux des investisseurs.<\/p>\n
