Ceci en renfor\u00e7ant la formation des agriculteurs \u00e0 des technologies r\u00e9silientes face au changement climatique.<\/p>\n<p>Aussi en favorisant le meilleur acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des semences de bl\u00e9 pouvant supporter d\u2019importantes hausses de temp\u00e9rature et ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s r\u00e9sistantes d\u2019autres cultures.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, d\u2019apr\u00e8s les donn\u00e9es de la BAD, les importations de bl\u00e9 repr\u00e9sentent pr\u00e8s de 90 % des \u00e9changes entre l\u2019Afrique et la Russie et le tiers du commerce total avec l\u2019Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>Globalement, le continent africain a produit 25,7 millions de tonnes de bl\u00e9 en 2020\/2021 selon les donn\u00e9es du D\u00e9partement am\u00e9ricain de l\u2019agriculture (USDA). Cela repr\u00e9sente moins que le volume r\u00e9colt\u00e9 par un pays comme l\u2019Australie (33 millions de tonnes).<\/p>\n<p>Pour rappel, la Russie est aujourd\u2019hui le 1er exportateur de bl\u00e9 au monde et, avec 18 millions de tonnes m\u00e9triques de bl\u00e9 export\u00e9es en 2020, l\u2019Ukraine \u00e9tait le 5e exportateur. Or, sit\u00f4t entam\u00e9, le conflit russo-ukrainien a provoqu\u00e9 la hausse vertigineuse du prix du bl\u00e9.
