Africa-Press – Cameroun. <\/strong><\/span>Le Cameroun et la Russie ont sign\u00e9, ce 12 avril, un nouvel accord de coop\u00e9ration militaire. Le ministre d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidence charg\u00e9 de la D\u00e9fense, Joseph Beti Assomo, avait quitt\u00e9 Yaound\u00e9 la veille pour Moscou, o\u00f9 il s\u2019est entretenu avec son homologue russe, Sergue\u00ef Cho\u00efgou. C\u2019est ce dernier, membre du premier cercle de Vladimir Poutine, qui a paraph\u00e9 le document de treize pages pour la Russie.<\/p>\n

Le contenu de cet accord n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9voil\u00e9 par la pr\u00e9sidence camerounaise mais il ressemblerait \u00e0 celui sign\u00e9 en 2015 avec la m\u00eame F\u00e9d\u00e9ration de Russie. \u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9poque, l\u2019accord avait \u00e9t\u00e9 conclu avec Alexandre Fomine, charg\u00e9 de la coop\u00e9ration \u00ab militaro-technique \u00bb avec les arm\u00e9es \u00e9trang\u00e8res et actuel vice-ministre de la D\u00e9fense russe.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est ce colonel-g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Fomine qui a notamment sign\u00e9, voici moins d\u2019un an, le nouveau cadre de coop\u00e9ration entre la Russie et la Mauritanie. Il est \u00e9galement en contact direct avec son homologue centrafricaine, Marie-No\u00eblle Koyara, et a travaill\u00e9 au rapprochement, via la signature d\u2019un autre texte \u00e0 Moscou en ao\u00fbt 2021, entre le Nigeria et la Russie.<\/p>\n
