Africa-Press – Cameroun. <\/strong><\/span>Investir au Cameroun) – Le ministre du Commerce (Mincommerce) a sign\u00e9 deux arr\u00eat\u00e9s le 14 avril dernier. L\u2019un rend \u00ab\u2009obligatoire le d\u00e9p\u00f4t pr\u00e9alable des bar\u00e8mes de prix de certains produits de grande consommation\u2009\u00bb, tandis que l\u2019autre fixe la liste des prix produits et services dont \u00ab\u2009les prix et tarifs sont soumis \u00e0 la proc\u00e9dure d\u2019homologation pr\u00e9alable, avant toute mise en vente sur le march\u00e9 national\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n

De mani\u00e8re concr\u00e8te pour le premier arr\u00eat\u00e9, le gouvernement et les op\u00e9rateurs de huit produits de grande consommation devront d\u2019abord s\u2019entendre sur le bar\u00e8me des prix \u00e0 fixer au consommateur. Ces produits sont :<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u2009En fait, ces produits pullulent sur le march\u00e9 et les prix sont fix\u00e9s \u00e0 la guise des producteurs, importateurs et autres d\u00e9taillants\u2009\u00bb,<\/b><\/p>\n

explique un responsable du minist\u00e8re du Commerce contact\u00e9 par SBBC. \u00ab\u2009D\u2019o\u00f9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de les encadrer, au regard de leur demande sans cesse croissante\u2009\u00bb, ajoute-t-il.<\/p>\n

Le Mincommerce, Luc Magloire Mbarga Atangana, explique en effet dans cet arr\u00eat\u00e9 que \u00ab\u2009le d\u00e9p\u00f4t pr\u00e9alable des bar\u00e8mes de prix et tarifs s\u2019applique aux producteurs, aux importateurs et aux commer\u00e7ants grossistes des produits \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9s\u2009\u00bb. En clair, c\u2019est d\u00e9sormais le gouvernement qui approuve les prix de ces produits apr\u00e8s justification, par les op\u00e9rateurs \u00e9conomiques, des bar\u00e8mes pratiqu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Il est \u00e0 noter que cet arr\u00eat\u00e9 rend caduque une liste de produits publi\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment par le Mincommerce et dont les prix sont soumis \u00e0 la m\u00eame contrainte administrative. En effet, dans un arr\u00eat\u00e9 de f\u00e9vier 2016, le membre du gouvernement avait arr\u00eat\u00e9 une liste de 10 produits soumis au d\u00e9p\u00f4t pr\u00e9alable des bar\u00e8mes des prix. Le th\u00e9, le caf\u00e9, le pain, le papier et les serviettes hygi\u00e9niques qui se trouvaient dans la liste de 2016 ne sont plus concern\u00e9s par une homologation des prix.<\/p>\n

Le deuxi\u00e8me arr\u00eat\u00e9 du Mincommerce rend publique une nouvelle liste de 17 produits dont les prix sont homologu\u00e9s \u00ab\u2009avant toute mise en vente sur le march\u00e9 national\u2009\u00bb. Il s\u2019agit des produits suivants :<\/p>\n

Comme dans le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent arr\u00eat\u00e9, Luc Magloire Mbarga Atangana pr\u00e9cise que la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente liste arr\u00eat\u00e9e le 22 mai 2015 est abrog\u00e9e. Celle-ci comportait 22 produits et service. Dans les faits, les prix de la farine de froment, la farine de ma\u00efs, le riz import\u00e9, les services offerts par les h\u00f4tels et les \u00e9tablissements touristiques, les logements sociaux, les logements scolaires et universitaires, les livres et manuels scolaires, le gaz nature, industriel ou m\u00e9dical, les m\u00e9dicaments et consommables hospitaliers\u2009; et l\u2019eau et les services y aff\u00e9rents ne sont plus homologu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
