{"id":18626,"date":"2022-04-20T19:22:45","date_gmt":"2022-04-20T19:22:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/cameroun\/?p=18626"},"modified":"2022-04-20T18:54:47","modified_gmt":"2022-04-20T18:54:47","slug":"cameroun-pres-de-4-millions-de-personnes-ont-besoin-daide-humanitaire","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/cameroun\/economie\/cameroun-pres-de-4-millions-de-personnes-ont-besoin-daide-humanitaire","title":{"rendered":"Cameroun\u00a0: pr\u00e8s de 4 millions de personnes ont besoin d\u2019aide humanitaire"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Africa-Press &#8211; Cameroun. <\/strong><\/span><b>Un plan d\u2019aide a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le 13 avril 2022 \u00e0 Yaound\u00e9 par le bureau de la coordination des affaires humanitaires des Nations unies, selon le site d\u2019information Voaafrique.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, 2,6 millions de personnes seront cibl\u00e9es pour sauver des vies et r\u00e9duire les souffrances.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00ab Les r\u00e9gions o\u00f9 il y a le plus de besoin aujourd\u2019hui c\u2019est l\u2019extr\u00eame-nord, du fait de la violence li\u00e9e aux conflits; les r\u00e9gions du nord-ouest et du sud-ouest suite \u00e0 la crise qui existe et l\u2019impact qui peut y avoir sur toutes les r\u00e9gions environnantes; et puis tout l\u2019Est du pays du fait de la pr\u00e9sence des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s centrafricains qui ont d\u00fb fuir leur pays \u00bb<\/b><\/p>\n<p>, souligne Karin Perrin, cheffe de bureau de la coordination humanitaire au Cameroun.<\/p>\n<p>Les personnes vuln\u00e9rables sont, en majorit\u00e9, les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de ce plan d\u2019aide qui va co\u00fbter 317 millions de dollars.<\/p>\n<p>En tout, 470.000 Camerounais sont h\u00e9berg\u00e9s \u00e0 cause des conflits internes. Selon le coordonnateur r\u00e9sident des Nations unies au Cameroun, le Ghan\u00e9en Matthias Naab, 9 des 10 r\u00e9gions sont atteintes, mais \u00e0 des degr\u00e9s diff\u00e9rents en 2022. \u00ab Les plans de r\u00e9ponse humanitaire au Cameroun sont sous-financ\u00e9s \u00bb, ass\u00e8ne-t-elle.<\/p>\n<p>En 2021, ce plan n\u2019a re\u00e7u que 51 % des fonds attendus \u00bb, d\u00e9plore Naab.
