En effet, selon le test pr\u00e9visionnel de conjoncture publi\u00e9 par la banque centrale des six \u00c9tats de la Cemac (Cameroun, Congo, Gabon, Tchad, RCA et Guin\u00e9e \u00e9quatoriale), l\u2019on s\u2019achemine vers un ralentissement de la production de cette cat\u00e9gorie de viande.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00ab\u2009La d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration de la qualit\u00e9 des p\u00e2turages et le tarissement des points d\u2019abreuvement, qui seront engendr\u00e9s par la s\u00e9cheresse dans les r\u00e9gions septentrionales, devraient plomber la production des bovins au deuxi\u00e8me trimestre 2022. Par ailleurs, l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 ambiante dans le Grand Nord devrait \u00e9galement contribuer \u00e0 assombrir les perspectives \u00e0 court terme de l\u2019\u00e9levage<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00bb, annonce la banque centrale.<\/p>\n<p>Ces projections pessimistes surviennent dans un contexte o\u00f9 le kilogramme de viande de b\u0153uf conna\u00eet d\u00e9j\u00e0 une augmentation sur le march\u00e9 (+200 FCFA).
