Entre Jean-Pierre Amougou Belinga, puissant patron de Vision 4, et Modeste Mopa Fatoing, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des imp\u00f4ts, l\u2019inimiti\u00e9 est mont\u00e9e d\u2019un cran \u00e0 la faveur d\u2019une affaire fiscale devenue conflit ouvert. Un duel entre deux figures de la sc\u00e8ne publique camerounaise \u00e0 l\u2019issue plus qu\u2019incertaine, et dont les ramifications s\u2019\u00e9tendent jusqu\u2019au sommet de l\u2019\u00c9tat.<\/p>\n<p>Si elle fait aujourd\u2019hui la une des m\u00e9dias camerounais, l\u2019affaire a pourtant d\u00e9but\u00e9 il y a plusieurs semaines. Fin 2021, l\u2019Agence nationale d\u2019investigation financi\u00e8re (Anif, l\u2019organe charg\u00e9 du renseignement financier), a fait parvenir \u00e0 la Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des imp\u00f4ts (DGI) une liste d\u2019entreprises dont le volume de transactions financi\u00e8res avait attir\u00e9 son attention. Douze d\u2019entre elles ont ainsi cumul\u00e9 autour de 80 milliards de F CFA (pr\u00e8s de 122 millions d\u2019euros) entre 2018 et 2020.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la suite de cette alerte, la DGI a engag\u00e9 un contr\u00f4le de conformit\u00e9 avec le Fisc. Deux divisions des imp\u00f4ts ont \u00e9t\u00e9 commises \u00e0 la t\u00e2che, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la r\u00e9partition g\u00e9ographique des entreprises vis\u00e9es. En f\u00e9vrier dernier, le premier centre \u00e9tablit qu\u2019une partie des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s concern\u00e9es est redevable d\u2019une dette fiscale de plus de 18 milliards de F CFA. Le second centre rend son r\u00e9sultat un mois plus tard et \u00e9value la dette fiscale du reste des entreprises \u00e0 12 milliards de F CFA.
