Des prix largement au-dessus des prix homologu\u00e9s par le minist\u00e8re du Commerce, \u00e0 savoir 2300F pour le kilogramme de viande avec os, et 2800F pour le kilogramme de viande sans os.<\/p>\n<p>Au Cameroun, la demande de la viande bovine devrait augmenter au cours du 2e trimestre 2022, selon la Banque des \u00c9tats de l\u2019Afrique centrale (Beac) dans son test pr\u00e9visionnel de conjoncture. Cette progression de la demande pourrait cependant survenir dans un contexte de baisse de la production.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00ab\u2009La d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration de la qualit\u00e9 des p\u00e2turages et le tarissement des points d\u2019abreuvement, qui seront engendr\u00e9s par la s\u00e9cheresse dans les r\u00e9gions septentrionales, devraient plomber la production des bovins au deuxi\u00e8me trimestre 2022. Par ailleurs, l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 ambiante dans le Grand Nord devrait \u00e9galement contribuer \u00e0 assombrir les perspectives \u00e0 court terme de l\u2019\u00e9levage<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00bb, annonce la banque centrale dans son test pr\u00e9visionnel de conjoncture.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab La Sodepa (Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de d\u00e9veloppement et d\u2019exploitation des productions animales) devrait poursuivre ses activit\u00e9s d\u2019approvisionnement en viande, avec l\u2019usage des stocks de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 disponibles dans ses boucheries et entrep\u00f4ts \u00bb, projette la Beac.<\/p>\n<p>Pour rappel, dans le cadre du Plan d\u2019urgence triennal (Planut) impl\u00e9ment\u00e9 par le gouvernement camerounais \u00e0 partir de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2015, la Sodepa, bras s\u00e9culier de l\u2019\u00c9tat du Cameroun dans la production animale, a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de la construction d\u2019entrep\u00f4ts frigorifiques d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 totale de 11\u2009800 m3 dans les villes de Yaound\u00e9 (6000 m3), Ngaound\u00e9r\u00e9 (1400 m3), Ebolowa (1400 m3) et Kribi (3\u2009000 m3).
