Africa-Press<\/a> – Cameroun<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>Dans une interview accord\u00e9e \u00e0 nos confr\u00e8res de \u00abMade In Foot\u00bb, St\u00e9phane Bahoken a regrett\u00e9 son absence lors de la derni\u00e8re journ\u00e9e des \u00e9liminatoires de la Coupe d\u2019Afrique des Nations (CAN) de football 2021, en raison des mesures restrictives prises par la Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP) de France, notamment celle de ne pas lib\u00e9rer ses internationaux \u00e9voluant sur le continent europ\u00e9en en raison de la pand\u00e9mie de Coronavirus. Et quand bien m\u00eame la LFP a consenti \u00e0 assouplir ces mesures gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019intervention de l\u2019Union National des footballeurs professionnels (UNFP), elle a impos\u00e9 d\u2019autres restrictions qui n\u2019ont toujours pas favoris\u00e9 le d\u00e9ploiement des joueurs africains.<\/p>\n

\u00abIls ont impos\u00e9 un voyage en jet priv\u00e9 pour pouvoir revenir en France, mais peu de f\u00e9d\u00e9rations peuvent les payer\u2026 \u00c7a reste frustrant qu\u2019il y ait autant de pr\u00e9caution, puisqu\u2019on aurait pu revenir et faire un test. Et s\u2019il est n\u00e9gatif, retrouver notre club. Quand on voit nos voisins, notamment en Angleterre, les internationaux africains sont partis avec beaucoup moins de restrictions qu\u2019en France. La crise pand\u00e9mique veut que ce genre de r\u00e8gles soient mises en place, mais les instances auraient pu se creuser la t\u00eate pour trouver des solutions et satisfaire tout le monde\u00bb, a r\u00e9agi l\u2019attaquant angevin.<\/p>\n

En cons\u00e9quence, St\u00e9phane Bahoken, comme Harold Moukoudi, Jean-Charles Castelletto ou encore Karl Toko Ekambi, ont manqu\u00e9 les confrontations contre le Cap Vert (1-3) et face au Rwanda (0-0), comptant pour les 5e et 6e journ\u00e9es de cette campagne qualificative. Les Lions indomptables sont d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 qualifi\u00e9s, et devraient se battre \u00e0 reconqu\u00e9rir la couronne perdue en 2019 en Egypte.<\/p>\n

\u00abOn a malheureusement loup\u00e9 l\u2019organisation en 2019 suite \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes logistiques.
