Africa-Press – Cameroun. <\/strong><\/span>Le dimanche 1er mai, Gr\u00e9goire Owona le ministre du Travail et de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale, r\u00e9v\u00e9lait dans une d\u00e9claration faite \u00e0 la presse, que des discussions sont en cours pour augmenter le SMIG actuellement fix\u00e9 \u00e0 36 270 FCFA.<\/p>\n

Actuellement \u00e0 36 270F, le Smig a fait l\u2019objet de discussions entre le ministre du Travail et de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale, Gr\u00e9goire Owona, et des repr\u00e9sentants syndicaux des entreprises et des travailleurs, au cours d\u2019un entretien le 1er mai.<\/p>\n

\u00ab On est en n\u00e9gociation \u00e0 l\u2019heure o\u00f9 je vous parle pour qu\u2019on augmente le Smig. Mais il faut que les entreprises puissent payer. Quand une entreprise vous pr\u00e9sente ses bilans, tous les documents qu\u2019elle peut vous faire juger et vous dit, moi je ne peux pas payer plus que \u00e7a. Qu\u2019est-ce que vous faites ? Maintenant que nous avons fait nos enqu\u00eates et qu\u2019on voit que les entreprises paient un peu plus, nous sommes en n\u00e9gociation pour relever le Smig \u00bb, a soulign\u00e9 Gr\u00e9goire Owona.<\/p>\n

La derni\u00e8re augmentation du Smig date de 2014. Il \u00e9tait pr\u00e9alablement de 28 000 FCFA, et avait \u00e9t\u00e9 relev\u00e9 \u00e0 36 270 FCFA, soit une augmentation de 8270 FCFA apr\u00e8s des concertations entre les organisations des employeurs et des travailleurs.<\/p>\n
