Ledit plan, qui s\u2019\u00e9talera sur 12 mois, comprend entre autres : des sessions de formation th\u00e9oriques au Cameroun assur\u00e9es par EDF-UFPI (l\u2019Unit\u00e9 de professionnalisation pour la performance industrielle du groupe EDF)\u2009; des sessions de formation th\u00e9oriques et pratiques \u00e0 l\u2019UFPI en France (Grenoble et Toulouse)\u2009; des immersions en centrales hydrauliques au Cameroun et en France.<\/p>\n<p>Selon l\u2019entreprise, l\u2019objectif de ce programme de formation est de faire un transfert des comp\u00e9tences dont doivent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier les Camerounais pour \u00eatre \u00e0 mesure d\u2019exploiter et maintenir l\u2019ouvrage hydro\u00e9lectrique en construction pour lequel l\u2019\u00c9tat du Cameroun a accord\u00e9 une concession de 35 ans \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 projet.<\/p>\n<p>Au total, 45 agents de NHPC, et 10 agents d\u2019autres soci\u00e9t\u00e9s partenaires tels que l\u2019\u00e9lectricien camerounais Electricity Development Corp et Eneo, distributeur exclusif et filiale d\u2019Actis, pourront \u00e0 terme b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de ce programme.<\/p>\n<p>En 2021, NHPC a lanc\u00e9 une premi\u00e8re vaste campagne de recrutement pour sa direction d\u2019exploitation. Cette derni\u00e8re, qui a attir\u00e9 pas moins de 3500 candidatures, apprend-on, a abouti \u00e0 l\u2019embauche de 23 personnes, de 34 ans d\u2019\u00e2ge moyen.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le chronogramme officiel, la centrale de Nachtigal affiche, d\u00e9but mai en cours, un taux de r\u00e9alisation des travaux de plus de 60%.
