Africa-Press – Cameroun. <\/strong><\/span>Investir au Cameroun) – Apr\u00e8s son arrestation le 26 mai dernier, \u00c9mile Parfait Simb, le promoteur Global Investment Trading, soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les placements en cryptomonnaie, plus connue sous le nom Liyeplimal, a \u00e9t\u00e9 lib\u00e9r\u00e9 apr\u00e8s deux jours de garde dans les cellules du parquet du tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance de Yaound\u00e9 et de la police judiciaire.<\/p>\n

Des sources judiciaires r\u00e9v\u00e8lent qu\u2019apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 \u00e0 Douala, \u00c9mile Parfait Simb, accus\u00e9 d\u2019escroquerie par une centaine de souscripteurs, a \u00e9t\u00e9 amen\u00e9 \u00e0 Yaound\u00e9 pour \u00eatre entendu par le procureur et \u00e0 la police judiciaire. Au bout de deux jours, il a finalement \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de renvoyer l\u2019affaire \u00e0 une instance sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 Douala, ville o\u00f9 il a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 et o\u00f9 il vit.<\/p>\n

Une fois au tribunal de grande instance de Douala, le pr\u00e9venu et ses avocats ont obtenu, le 28 mai, une lib\u00e9ration sous deux garants. \u00ab\u2009Deux personnes ont sign\u00e9 qu\u2019ils se portent garants de sa disponibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux convocations du procureur et des enqu\u00eateurs. Ainsi, s\u2019il vient \u00e0 fuir ou \u00e0 fondre dans la nature, ce sont ces deux personnes qui r\u00e9pondront en son nom\u2009\u00bb, apprend-on. Seulement, un myst\u00e8re entoure l\u2019identit\u00e9 des deux garants de M. Simb.<\/p>\n

Le dossier d\u2019accusation engag\u00e9 contre lui \u00e0 Yaound\u00e9 doit \u00eatre renvoy\u00e9 \u00e0 Douala pour \u00eatre suivi par un juge d\u2019instruction. C\u2019est ce juge qui d\u00e9cidera de la suite \u00e0 donner \u00e0 la proc\u00e9dure judiciaire.<\/p>\n

\u00c9mile Parfait Simb a \u00e9t\u00e9 interpell\u00e9 alors qu\u2019il voulait se rendre au Maroc par un avion de la compagnie Royal Air Maroc, le 26 mai au petit matin. C\u2019est alors que les policiers de cette place a\u00e9roportuaire ont ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 un mandat d\u2019amener du procureur de la R\u00e9publique pr\u00e8s du tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance de Yaound\u00e9 pour le contraindre \u00e0 compara\u00eetre. Car, selon nos informations, en d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e 2022, une centaine de souscripteurs du produit de cryptomonnaie Liyeplimal, qui peinent \u00e0 entrer en possession du fruit de leurs investissements, ont port\u00e9 plainte \u00e0 Global Investment Trading pour escroquerie. Et depuis f\u00e9vrier, en sa qualit\u00e9 de repr\u00e9sentant l\u00e9gal de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, \u00c9mile Parfait Simb aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 convoqu\u00e9 plusieurs fois, mais ne se serait jamais pr\u00e9sent\u00e9.<\/p>\n
