Africa-Press – Cameroun. <\/strong><\/span>L\u2019accord de d\u00e9blocage des fonds et la convention de collecte ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9s le 10 juin 2022, entre l\u2019entreprise Tollcam, repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par Philippe Serain, le Pr\u00e9sident de Tollcam, et le ministre des Travaux publics, Emmanuel Nganou Djoumessi.<\/b><\/p>\n

Le financement, qui s\u2019\u00e9levait \u00e0 un peu plus de 36 milliards de FCFA en mai 2020, conna\u00eet d\u00e9sormais une hausse de 5,8 milliards de FCFA. Ce qui signifie que la construction de ces p\u00e9ages co\u00fbte d\u00e9sormais pr\u00e8s de 42 milliards de FCFA.<\/p>\n

Pour justifier la revue \u00e0 la hausse de l\u2019enveloppe destin\u00e9e au financement, la conception, la construction, l\u2019\u00e9quipement, l\u2019exploitation et la maintenance de 14 postes de p\u00e9age routiers automatiques sur certains axes routiers du Cameroun, le minist\u00e8re des Travaux publics \u00e9voque la th\u00e8se de \u00abla conjoncture \u00e9conomique et financi\u00e8re internationale du moment\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Ladite enveloppe est pass\u00e9e de 31,2 milliards de FCFA \u00e0 36 milliards de FCFA. Soit un \u00e9cart de 5,8 milliards de FCFA.<\/p>\n

Le contrat de partenariat sign\u00e9 avec Tollcam couvre une p\u00e9riode de 20 ans : deux ans d\u2019ex\u00e9cution des travaux dont le d\u00e9compte, a commenc\u00e9 le 10 juin et 18 ann\u00e9es d\u2019exploitation. Avec ce projet, le gouvernement camerounais esp\u00e8re mieux s\u00e9curiser les recettes du p\u00e9age.<\/p>\n

D\u2019apr\u00e8s la convention sign\u00e9e en le 18 mai 2020, le projet de construction des 14 p\u00e9ages routiers automatiques devraient g\u00e9n\u00e9rer 300 emplois, et 7 milliards de recettes d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e d\u2019exploitation. 53,59 milliards de recettes pr\u00e9visionnelles jusqu\u2019en en 2039 sur la base d\u2019un tarif unique de 500 FCFA.<\/p>\n
