Africa-Press – Cameroun. <\/strong><\/span>Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 le 1er juin 2022, en faveur des jeunes et femmes migrants.<\/b><\/p>\n

Le lancement officiel du projet Youth and gender Connect a eu lieu le 1er juin 2021 \u00e0 Yaound\u00e9 et sur zoom. Il vise \u00e0 former les jeunes, les femmes et les migrants de retour selon la formation type dual et \u00e0 l\u2019entrepreneuriat.<\/p>\n

Les formations permettront de d\u00e9velopper des comp\u00e9tences correspondant aux besoins du secteur priv\u00e9 et aux potentiels \u00e9conomiques des fili\u00e8res de transformation agroalimentaire, maintenance et r\u00e9paration automobile facilitant ainsi l\u2019insertion sur le march\u00e9 de travail des b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Une am\u00e9lioration des performances et prestations de services de la Chambre de Commerce, d\u2019Industrie des Mines et de l\u2019Artisanat du Cameroun (CCIMA) et des centres de formation professionnelle contribuera \u00e0 une meilleure offre de formation professionnelle et \u00e0 un d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique local, notamment \u00e0 travers l\u2019organisation d\u00b4ateliers public-priv\u00e9s et ainsi une plus grande animation des acteurs de ces fili\u00e8res \u00bb.<\/p>\n

En chiffre, ce projet c\u2019est, au moins 480 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires directs sont sensibilis\u00e9s sur les possibilit\u00e9s offertes par l\u2019Enseignement et la Formation Techniques et Professionnels (EFTP) au travers de campagnes d\u2019information et d\u2019activit\u00e9s de formation.<\/p>\n

Un minimum de 360 jeunes sont form\u00e9s, dont 235 au minimum sont ins\u00e9r\u00e9s sur le march\u00e9 du travail au travers d\u2019une approche de formation professionnelle duale (lieu de travail et centre de formation) et accompagn\u00e9s apr\u00e8s la formation pour le placement \u00e0 l\u2019emploi et au moins 125 personnes sont form\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019entrepreneuriat et accompagn\u00e9es apr\u00e8s la formation \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de leur entreprise.<\/p>\n

Au moins 65 MPME de la (des) cha\u00eene(s) de valeur concern\u00e9e(s) incluant \u00e9galement les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s clientes et fournisseurs \u2013 participent \u00e0 l\u2019identification des d\u00e9ficits de comp\u00e9tence. 25 formateurs form\u00e9s dans les deux fili\u00e8res sur la m\u00e9thode duale, l\u2019entrepreneuriat, le management et sur l\u2019enseignement professionnelle et technique. Et 7 centres de formation sont renforc\u00e9s dans leur offre de services de formation technique et professionnelle<\/p>\n

Pour rappel, C\u2019est un programme de formation des jeunes sur la transformation agroalimentaire, la r\u00e9paration automobile et l\u2019entrepreneuriat au Cameroun \u00bb dans les villes de Bafoussam, Douala, Ngaound\u00e9r\u00e9, Obala et Yaound\u00e9 et financ\u00e9e par l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne.<\/p>\n
