Africa-Press – Cameroun. <\/strong><\/span>Pour la troisi\u00e8me fois le Tribunal arbitral de sport (Tas) a report\u00e9 sa sentence au sujet des \u00e9lections \u00e0 la F\u00e9cafoot. Cette fois le d\u00e9lai est fix\u00e9 pour le 30 juillet 2022.<\/b><\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s le 31 mai, le Tas avait report\u00e9 sa sentence au 30 juin, cette fois une nouvelle date est fix\u00e9e au 30 juillet. La juridiction Suisse a donc une fois de plus report\u00e9 sa sentence relative \u00e0 l\u2019affaire qui oppose la Fecafoot \u00e0 certains membres de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de 2009. Ce tribunal est appel\u00e9 \u00e0 se prononcer sur la validit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9lection qui a port\u00e9 Samuel Eto\u2019o \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidence de la F\u00e9cafoot.<\/p>\n

Attendue le 30 juin 2022, elle est pour le 30 juillet 2022. Il faut souligner que ce nouveau report intervient 24h apr\u00e8s la saisine du TAS par Me Sternheimer pour soulever ill\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 de Samuel Eto\u2019o \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidence de la Fecafoot suite \u00e0 sa condamnation en Espagne pour fraude fiscale.<\/p>\n

Rappelons que la Chambre de Conciliation et d\u2019arbitrage du Comit\u00e9 national olympique et sportif du Cameroun s\u2019\u00e9tait prononc\u00e9e en faveur de l\u2019annulation de ce processus \u00e9lectoral contest\u00e9 par certains membres de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de 2009.<\/p>\n
