Sur le chantier, ce n\u2019est pas encore la grande mobilisation. Quelques ouvriers, moins d\u2019une vingtaine, s\u2019affairent au nettoyage du site qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9curis\u00e9 par une grande barri\u00e8re. Si cette faible pr\u00e9sence des ouvriers sur le chantier peut surprendre, au regard des promesses de c\u00e9l\u00e9rit\u00e9 faites par le gouvernement et l\u2019entreprise adjudicataire de ce projet touristique de grande envergure, Alain Potto, ing\u00e9nieur principal dudit projet, assure que la conduite des travaux va prendre une toute autre tournure d\u00e8s le mois de mai.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEntre le mois de juillet et le mois de d\u00e9cembre, l\u2019entreprise allait \u00e0 petit pas parce que les fonds n\u00e9cessaires au d\u00e9marrage n\u2019avaient pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9bloqu\u00e9s. Depuis le 4 janvier 2021, les fonds sont disponibles. L\u2019entreprise est r\u00e9solument sur le terrain, avec les travaux de terrassement, de nettoyage de cl\u00f4ture ainsi que d\u2019installation de chantier. Mais c\u2019est vrai que pour que les travaux effectifs d\u00e9marrent, il y a les \u00e9tudes d\u2019ex\u00e9cution. C\u2019est \u00e0 ce niveau que nous sommes actuellement. D\u2019ici la semaine prochaine, le lac sera compl\u00e8tement vid\u00e9 puis vont d\u00e9buter les travaux de terrassement\u00bb, a-t-il confi\u00e9 \u00e0 la CRTV.<\/p>\n<p>Pour m\u00e9moire, Le projet de valorisation du Lac municipal confi\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise espagnole Elecnor consiste, entre autres, \u00e0 d\u00e9polluer et assainir les eaux du lac, installer des \u00e9quipements de sport nautique, am\u00e9nager ses berges, et construire sur ses abords un h\u00f4tel cinq \u00e9toiles, des restaurants de classe internationale, des boutiques, ainsi qu\u2019un espace de d\u00e9tente et de loisirs.
