{"id":23395,"date":"2022-07-12T15:40:08","date_gmt":"2022-07-12T15:40:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/cameroun\/politique\/cameroun-la-bdeac-met-5-5-milliards-de-f-dans-la-construction-dun-complexe-hotelier-a-douala"},"modified":"2022-07-12T16:30:24","modified_gmt":"2022-07-12T16:30:24","slug":"cameroun-la-bdeac-met-5-5-milliards-de-f-dans-la-construction-dun-complexe-hotelier-a-douala","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/cameroun\/economie\/cameroun-la-bdeac-met-5-5-milliards-de-f-dans-la-construction-dun-complexe-hotelier-a-douala","title":{"rendered":"Cameroun : la Bdeac met 5.5 milliards de F dans la construction d\u2019un complexe H\u00f4telier \u00e0 Douala"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Africa-Press &#8211; Cameroun. <\/strong><\/span>La Banque de D\u00e9veloppement des Etats de l\u2019Afrique Centrale (BDEAC) et le Groupe h\u00f4telier BELAVIE SA ont proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 la signature d\u2019un accord de financement pour la construction d\u2019un H\u00f4tel 4 \u00e9toiles le 07 juillet 2022.<\/p>\n<p>La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de signature s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e \u00e0 Douala (Cameroun), entre Monsieur Marcel ONDELE, Vice-Pr\u00e9sident de la Bdeac et Monsieur David Manfouo, Pr\u00e9sident Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Groupe Belavie SA, en pr\u00e9sence du Repr\u00e9sentant de Afriland Fisrt Bank Cameroun intervenu dans le projet en qualit\u00e9 de Banque Agent.<\/p>\n<p>Cet accord de financement, d\u2019un montant de FCFA cinq milliards cinq cent millions (FCFA 5.500.000.000), a pour objet la construction d\u2019un complexe h\u00f4telier 4 \u00e9toiles d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 d\u2019h\u00e9bergement de 173 cl\u00e9s repartis entre deux immeubles.<\/p>\n<p>Cet ensemble qui sera exploit\u00e9 par le groupe international Radisson Blu, offrira \u00e0 la classe moyenne des services connexes d\u2019h\u00e9bergement, de restauration et d\u2019accueil dans un cadre spacieux et de haut standing localis\u00e9 \u00e0 Bonapriso.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, ce projet tient \u00e9galement rigoureusement compte de la double dimension \u00e9conomique et sociale.
