Elle vise la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration camerounaise de football (Fecafoot) et tout tiers, notamment tout \u00e9quipementier concurrent, qui \u00ab viendrait \u00e0 porter atteinte aux droits \u00bb dont Le Coq Sportif se dit \u00ab titulaire \u00bb. Elle est \u00e9crite noir sur blanc, dans un courrier adress\u00e9 \u00e0 Samuel Eto\u2019o, le pr\u00e9sident de la Fecafoot, par Marc-Henri Beausire, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la marque fran\u00e7aise de sport sous contrat avec les Camerounais depuis janvier 2020.<\/p>\n

Dat\u00e9e du 11 juillet dernier, adress\u00e9e \u00e9galement au minist\u00e8re camerounais des Sports et aux services contentieux de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration internationale de football (FIFA) et de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration africaine de football (CAF), la lettre est une r\u00e9ponse circonstanci\u00e9e \u00e0 une communication de la Fecafoot du 1er juillet, exprimant publiquement la volont\u00e9 de r\u00e9silier, \u00e0 l\u2019issue de la CAN f\u00e9minine, le contrat \u00e9quipementier en cours, soit un an avant son terme pr\u00e9vu en 2023.<\/p>\n

Vers une proc\u00e9dure judiciaire ?<\/b><\/p>\n

\u00c0 n\u2019en pas douter, Le Coq Sportif est manifestement agac\u00e9, lui qui assure n\u2019avoir eu de cesse de tenter de prendre attache avec les services du nouveau pr\u00e9sident Eto\u2019o pour un r\u00e8glement \u00e0 l\u2019amiable du diff\u00e9rend afin de poursuivre la pr\u00e9paration des commandes d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 engag\u00e9es. Des d\u00e9marches qui seraient rest\u00e9es vaines, selon Marc-Henri Beausire, l\u2019instance camerounaise pr\u00e9f\u00e9rant manifestement laver le linge sale sur la place m\u00e9diatique. Quel linge sale ? Le patron du Coq Sportif insiste sur le fait que sa soci\u00e9t\u00e9 n\u2019aurait manqu\u00e9 \u00e0 aucun des engagements qui lui incombait, depuis plus de trois ans, et que la Fecafoot ne serait, \u00e0 ce jour, d\u00e9tentrice d\u2019aucune cr\u00e9ance \u00e0 son encontre.<\/p>\n

Chagrin\u00e9e par une attitude \u00ab pas en ad\u00e9quation avec l\u2019esprit du partenariat \u00bb et convaincue d\u2019\u00eatre la victime d\u2019un \u00ab pr\u00e9judice consid\u00e9rable \u00bb, la marque annonce donc pr\u00e9parer toute proc\u00e9dure judiciaire lui permettant d\u2019obtenir r\u00e9paration, au cas o\u00f9 le patron du football camerounais ne reconsid\u00e9rerait pas sa position. Le Coq Sportif doute d\u2019ailleurs de la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019un rabibochage, puisqu\u2019il \u00e9voque un appel d\u2019offre \u00e9mis par l\u2019instance camerounaise le 6 juillet. \u00c0 mots \u00e0 peine couverts, il soup\u00e7onne Samuel Eto\u2019o de vouloir s\u2019engager \u00ab \u00e0 moindre frais avec un \u00e9quipementier concurrent \u00e0 quelques mois de la Coupe du monde de football 2022 \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Le contrat d\u2019origine n\u2019\u00e9tait-il pas convaincant, contrairement \u00e0 celui propos\u00e9 par Puma ? Certaines sommes d\u2019argent annonc\u00e9es \u00e0 la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration n\u2019auraient-elles pas \u00e9t\u00e9 vers\u00e9es conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelonnage ? Deux boutiques de la marque promises \u00e0 Yaound\u00e9 et Douala n\u2019auraient-elles pas \u00e9t\u00e9 ouvertes ? Les \u00e9quipements des Lionnes, au Maroc, auraient-ils \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9s avec un d\u00e9lai qui ne convenait pas ? Ceux-ci auraient-ils \u00e9t\u00e9 inadapt\u00e9s en termes de taille ? Les rumeurs bruissent mais les regards se tournent vers Samuel Eto\u2019o pour qu\u2019il pr\u00e9cise officiellement les motifs de la r\u00e9siliation unilat\u00e9rale du contrat.
