Africa-Press – Cameroun. <\/strong><\/span>Alors que les employ\u00e9s du Parc national de mat\u00e9riel de G\u00e9nie civil r\u00e9clament plusieurs mois de salaires impay\u00e9s, le ministre de Travaux Publics, Emmanuel Nganou Djoumessi annonce une campagne d\u2019assainissement.<\/p>\n

La gr\u00e8ve des r\u00e9clamations pourrait avoir un effet bommerang au Matgenie. En effet, le minist\u00e8re des Travaux publics a initi\u00e9 cette campagne dans le but de \u00ab d\u2019assainir les ressources humaines \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Cette op\u00e9ration lanc\u00e9e le 13 juillet 2022 par Emmanuel Nganou Djoumessi fait suite aux r\u00e9clamations formul\u00e9es par les employ\u00e9s de cette soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Elle se d\u00e9roulera du 13 au 21 juillet 2022, sous la responsabilit\u00e9 d\u2019un comit\u00e9 interminist\u00e9riel ad hoc, pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 par l\u2019inspecteur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des questions techniques.<\/p>\n

Le personnel est ainsi invit\u00e9 \u00e0 se faire recenser, \u00e0 l\u2019aide des \u00e9l\u00e9ments tels que la carte nationale d\u2019identit\u00e9 ; les pi\u00e8ces d\u2019\u00e9tat civil ; le contrat de travail ; le dipl\u00f4me ayant favoris\u00e9 son recrutement, le bulletin et les actes de nomination ou d\u2019affectation entre autres pour les personnels en activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u2009Cette op\u00e9ration aboutira, \u00e0 la ma\u00eetrise de la masse des ressources humaines et la viabilisation de l\u2019outil de production. Ce qui devrait remettre le Matgenie sur le sentier de la rentabilit\u00e9, gage d\u2019un paiement r\u00e9gulier des droits dus aux personnels\u2009\u00bb, indique Emmanuel Nganou. Cette d\u00e9claration laisse entrevoir des licenciements ou des mutations ou sein de l\u2019entreprise<\/p>\n

Selon le ministre des travaux publics, d\u2019autres mesures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prises, notamment, le payement d\u2019une subvention d\u2019exploitation \u00e0 hauteur de 659 Millions F CFA environ ; l\u2019assainissement de l\u2019outil de production ; l\u2019examen de la charpente organisationnelle de l\u2019entreprise et un plan de redressement demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale.<\/p>\n

Au terme des concertations pr\u00e9sid\u00e9es par le Ministre des Travaux Publics les 7 et 8 juillet 2022, il convient de relever que les probl\u00e8mes actuels du Matgenie concernent \u00ab l\u2019absence de rentabilit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique et financi\u00e8re de cette entreprise, marqu\u00e9e par la r\u00e9currence des bilans annuels d\u2019activit\u00e9s n\u00e9gatifs avec pour corollaire, l\u2019accumulation des dettes salariales, sociales, fiscales, fournisseurs, etc. et la gestion inefficiente des outils de production \u00bb.<\/p>\n
