Africa-Press – Cameroun. <\/strong><\/span>La prochaine \u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle au Cameroun est pr\u00e9vue pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2025. Occasion pour tous les partis politiques de se bousculer pour occuper le palais d\u2019Etoudi, un lieu habit\u00e9 par le leader du Rassemblement d\u00e9mocratique du peuple camerounais (RDPC), Paul Biya (89 ans) depuis quarante (40) ans.<\/p>\n

Dans l\u2019\u00e9tat o\u00f9 se trouvent les choses, aucune communication officielle n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 encore faite. Tout de m\u00eame, il y a quelques indiscr\u00e9tions qui donnent une id\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale aux citoyens ainsi qu\u2019aux observateurs de la sc\u00e8ne politique camerounaise.<\/p>\n

Paul Biya est au pouvoir depuis 1982, apr\u00e8s la mort du pr\u00e9sident Ahmadou Ahidjo. En autant d\u2019ann\u00e9es, aucun homme politique n\u2019a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 lui prendre sa place. Pas m\u00eame Maurice Kamto, pr\u00e9sident du parti de l\u2019opposition nomm\u00e9 Mouvement pour la renaissance du Cameroun (MRC). C\u2019est le seul qui a v\u00e9ritablement r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 concourir et \u00e0 se rapprocher du fauteuil pr\u00e9sidentiel astucieusement gard\u00e9 par Paul Biya et son r\u00e9gime.<\/p>\n

Ces derni\u00e8res semaines, on \u00e9voque avec insistance la piste de son fils Emmanuel Franck Biya. Le p\u00e8re est \u00e2g\u00e9, souffrant et souvent \u00e9vacu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger pour \u00eatre hospitalis\u00e9. Il devient alors indispensable de penser l\u2019apr\u00e8s Biya du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du RDPC. Ferdinand Ngoh Ngoh est aussi pressenti, compte tenu de sa proximit\u00e9 avec le chef Paul Biya. Aujourd\u2019hui, c\u2019est lui qui signe les documents au nom du chef de l\u2019Etat Paul Biya, ou sur \u00ab hautes instructions \u00bb de celui-ci.<\/p>\n

A Yaound\u00e9, il a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 vu une banderole aux allures d\u2019une affiche de campagne qui met en avant le fils du pr\u00e9sident Paul Biya, Emmanuel Franck Biya. A celui-ci, l\u2019auteur du message demande qu\u2019il poursuive l\u2019\u0153uvre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par son p\u00e8re et ses collaborateurs pour un Cameroun prosp\u00e8re et b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour les citoyens.<\/p>\n

Le militant du RDPC, Yves Abama a \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7u jeudi le 14 juillet 2022 sur un m\u00e9dia de la place. Il estime que le pr\u00e9sident Paul Biya peut toujours tenir : \u00ab S\u2019il faut parler des quarante (40) ans au pouvoir du pr\u00e9sident Paul Biya, je pense qu\u2019il a encore quelque chose \u00e0 donner aux Camerounais. Il sort peu, il parle peu mais il agit \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Yves Abama reconnait \u00e9galement que \u00ab le pr\u00e9sident Paul Biya n\u2019est pas \u00e9ternel, nous savons qu\u2019\u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9, il devra s\u2019arr\u00eater. Et au moment o\u00f9 il s\u2019arr\u00eatera, nous saurons ce qu\u2019il faudra faire (\u2026). Si certains estiment que son fils Emmanuel Franck Biya devrait \u00eatre candidat \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle en 2025, ils sont dans leur droit. Au RDPC, nous ne tremblons pas \u00bb.<\/p>\n
