L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement tombant cette ann\u00e9e le lundi 15 ao\u00fbt, il n\u2019y aura pas de travail pour beaucoup d\u2019employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La f\u00eate de l\u2019Assomption comme l\u2019explique l\u2019abb\u00e9 Francis Mboyamb, vicaire \u00e0 la paroisse Saint Paul de Ndzon \u2013Melen \u00e0 Yaound\u00e9, fait partie des grandes c\u00e9l\u00e9brations de l\u2019\u00e9glise catholique. L\u2019Assomption marque en effet, l\u2019entr\u00e9e directe de la Vierge Marie dans la gloire c\u00e9leste, corps et \u00e2mes, apr\u00e8s sa vie terrestre. La Vierge Marie est la deuxi\u00e8me personne \u00e0 monter au ciel apr\u00e8s, son fils, le Seigneur J\u00e9sus-Christ.<\/p>\n<p>La c\u00e9l\u00e9bration de la f\u00eate de l\u2019Assomption, explique le vicaire, est ainsi l\u2019occasion donn\u00e9e aux chr\u00e9tiens pour revoir leur mode vie. \u00ab Nous devons mener une vie qui ressemble \u00e0 celle de la Vierge Marie avec Foi au Tout Puissant. Les chr\u00e9tiens doivent aussi \u00eatre ob\u00e9issants. Le respect des commandements de notre Dieu est tr\u00e8s important. C\u2019est de cette mani\u00e8re que nous conna\u00eetrons la gloire c\u00e9leste au m\u00eame titre que le Vierge Marie \u00bb, explique le vicaire.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Assomption donne l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 \u00e0 ceux qui ont oubli\u00e9 les prescriptions du Seigneur de rectifier le tir.
