Ce qui am\u00e8ne les lanceurs d\u2019alerte camerounais et les diff\u00e9rents observateurs de la sc\u00e8ne politique nationale \u00e0 se demander si un couvre-feu injustifi\u00e9 n\u2019est-il pas en train d\u2019\u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9 par le r\u00e9gime de Paul Biya. \u00c7a en a tout l\u2019air.<\/p>\n

Un couvre-feu est une interdiction \u00e0 la population de circuler dans la rue durant une certaine p\u00e9riode de la journ\u00e9e, qui est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement la nuit et t\u00f4t le matin.<\/p>\n

Il peut \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 en temps de guerre ou de paix ou encore de situation sanitaire morbide comme celle entra\u00een\u00e9e par la maladie \u00e0 coronavirus. Le couvre-feu est ordonn\u00e9 par le gouvernement ou tout responsable d’un pays, d’une r\u00e9gion ou d’une ville.<\/p>\n

A Garoua, une situation inqui\u00e8te les habitants. Garoua est la capitale de la r\u00e9gion du Nord du Cameroun et le chef-lieu du d\u00e9partement de la B\u00e9nou\u00e9. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9rig\u00e9e en Communaut\u00e9 urbaine de Garoua en 2008.<\/p>\n

La ville comptait plus de 900 000 habitants en 2012, ce qui fait d\u2019elle jadis la troisi\u00e8me ville du pays.<\/p>\n

Il y a plusieurs heures, le lanceur d\u2019alerte camerounais Boris Bertolt informait que \u00ab la police terrorise les partisans des prisonniers politiques originaires du Grand Nord \u00e0 Garoua \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Le journaliste a expliqu\u00e9 que \u00ab tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t ce matin (matin du vendredi le 12 ao\u00fbt 2022, ndlr), le quartier du pr\u00e9sident Mohamadou Sarki, organisateur de la marche pacifique pour la lib\u00e9ration de monsieur Marafa Hamidou Yaya, Amadou Vamoulk\u00e9 et Iya Mohammed, est boucl\u00e9. Des policiers partout \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Les internautes sont aussi surpris et m\u00e9contents pour la plupart : \u00ab Deux (02) \u00e0 trois (03) policiers par couloir ! Si le peuple sort vraiment, ils peuvent quoi ? \u00bb, se demande l\u2019un d\u2019entre eux.<\/p>\n
