Idriss Youssouf Boy, Consul g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Tchad \u00e0 Douala, a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 ce 26 avril 2021, Secr\u00e9taire particulier du Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil militaire de Transition, le G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Corps d\u2019Arm\u00e9es, Mahamat Idriss D\u00e9by.<\/p>\n

La d\u00e9cision du successeur temporaire du Mar\u00e9chal Idris Deby Itno survient apr\u00e8s d\u2019autres prises il y a \u00e0 peine une semaine. Dans un premier temps, l\u2019homme de 37 a constitu\u00e9 un CMT de 15 g\u00e9n\u00e9raux o\u00f9 il est pr\u00e9sident. Bien plus, il a publi\u00e9 la charte de transition qui durera 18 mois.<\/p>\n

Le consul g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Tchad \u00e0 Douala, au Cameroun, Idriss Youssouf Boy avait re\u00e7u le 26 mars 2021, des mains du gouverneur du Littoral, Samuel Dieudonn\u00e9 Ivaha Diboua, son ex\u00e9quatur.<\/p>\n

C\u2019\u00e9tait au cours d\u2019une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie qui s\u2019\u00e9tait d\u00e9roul\u00e9e en pr\u00e9sence de l\u2019Ambassadeur du Tchad au Cameroun, Djiddi Bichara Hassan que le le diplomate avait re\u00e7u son ex\u00e9quatur.<\/p>\n

Pour rappel, le CMT a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place apr\u00e8s l\u2019indisponibilit\u00e9, mieux encore, l\u2019indisposition prononc\u00e9e du pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale(comme le pr\u00e9voit la Constitution tchadienne), \u00e0 prendre le pouvoir apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9c\u00e8s constat\u00e9 du Mar\u00e9chal Idriss Deby Itno des suites des graves blessures au Front contre les rebelles du FACT.<\/p>\n
