A cause de ces m\u00e9sententes, ils ont saisi le tribunal qui a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de la liquidation judiciaire \u00bb<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Le tribunal a d\u00e9sign\u00e9 deux profils pour mener l\u2019op\u00e9ration de liquidation : un juge commissaire en la personne de <b>Me Aim\u00e9 Dipanda Mbia<\/b>, tandis que <b>D\u00e9sir\u00e9 Elouna Atangana<\/b>, Expert agr\u00e9\u00e9 et asserment\u00e9 pr\u00e8s la Cour d\u2019Appel du Littoral, a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9sign\u00e9 Syndic de la liquidation des biens de <b>Four\u00e9 Lagadec Cameroun S.A<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019op\u00e9ration a pour objectif de payer les cr\u00e9anciers de l\u2019entreprise. Ceux r\u00e9sidant sur le territoire national doivent, sous peine de forclusion, produire leurs cr\u00e9ances au syndic liquidateur dans un d\u00e9lai de 60 jours. Ceux domicili\u00e9s hors du territoire national b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019un d\u00e9lai de 90 jours.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tape de la<b> liquidation judiciaire<\/b> de cette filiale signifie que l\u2019entreprise est en \u00e9tat de <b>cessation de paiements<\/b> et son r\u00e9tablissement est manifestement impossible. Cette proc\u00e9dure met fin \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9 de Four\u00e9 Lagadec Cameroun SA dont le DG est Jules Fournier et le pr\u00e9sident du conseil d\u2019administration, Dandjouma Aoudou. Ses biens seront alors vendus pour permettre le paiement de ses diff\u00e9rents cr\u00e9anciers.<\/p>\n<p>Pour m\u00e9moire, Four\u00e9 Lagadec a des activit\u00e9s qui vont de la <b>chaudronnerie \u00e0 la maintenance industrielle<\/b> en passant par la r\u00e9paration navale.
