Objectif, livrer \u00e0 temps leurs commandes pour la journ\u00e9e internationale du travail c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9e le 1er mai prochain. Mais tout de m\u00eame, le patron de cette entreprise n’a pas oubli\u00e9 ses employ\u00e9s pour cette occasion.<\/p>\n

\u00abNous avons un petit repas entre coll\u00e8gues \u00e0 la fin de la semaine. Question de chanter et de partager les bons moments avec les autres. Mais nous nous attelons pour le moment \u00e0 terminer les commandes de la f\u00eate du travail qui arrive pour les entreprises, qui nous font confiance depuis des ann\u00e9es\u00bb, indique Beranger Tchuembou, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Rainbow.<\/p>\n

Se projeter \u00e0 partir d’une s\u00e9ance v\u00e9rit\u00e9. Tout le personnel par ses id\u00e9es doit contribuer \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper l’entreprise. \u00abNous sommes ouverts dans cette entreprise. Il y a un moment o\u00f9 chacun devra donner son avis, dire ce qu\u2019il pense afin de nous donner des meilleures perspectives\u00bb, poursuit-il.<\/p>\n

Par contre, dans une formation h\u00f4teli\u00e8re, l’ambiance est beaucoup plus studieuse. Nous trouvons le chef et ses employ\u00e9s en pleine r\u00e9union. L’heure est au d\u00e9veloppement des strat\u00e9gies. On se projette plus vers les prochaines \u00e9ch\u00e9ances sportives que va abriter le Cameroun que la f\u00eate internationale du travail.<\/p>\n

\u00abNous n\u2019avons pas tellement l\u2019\u00e2me \u00e0 la f\u00eate. Nous allons \u00e0 la conqu\u00eate de la CAN 2021. Le CHAN (Championnat d\u2019Afrique des Nations 2020,ndlr) ne nous a pas beaucoup souri parce que nous avons eu \u00e0 peine une dizaine de clients. Nous n\u2019\u00e9tions pas sur la liste officielle. Mais nous allons nous battre pour \u00eatre parmi les h\u00f4tels retenus pour cette grande comp\u00e9tition. C\u2019est dans 6 mois et c\u2019est maintenant que nous sommes entrain d\u2019y travailler\u00bb, fait savoir Charles Soh, promoteur de cet h\u00f4tel.<\/p>\n

Travailler dans un contexte marqu\u00e9 par la pand\u00e9mie du covid-19.
