Cette habilitation pr\u00e9sidentielle intervient plus d\u2019un an apr\u00e8s la signature par le ministre des Travaux publics, Emmanuel Nganou Djoumessi, un contrat commercial d\u2019un montant pr\u00e9visionnel de 67 milliards de FCFA avec l\u2019entreprise italienne Seas. Le montant initial de ce contrat, apprend-on, a \u00e9t\u00e9 revu \u00e0 la baisse \u00e0 61,5 milliards de FCFA apr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents arbitrages entre les parties.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet pr\u00e9voit une route de 1 x 2 voies de 3,5 m d\u2019une vitesse de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de 60 km\/heure. Il est pr\u00e9vu une r\u00e9alisation de 59 ouvrages de drainage transversal\u2009; la construction de 13 ponts de longueurs diverses pour un lin\u00e9aire total de 260 ml\u2009; l\u2019am\u00e9nagement des carrefours\u2009; la r\u00e9alisation des signalisations horizontales et verticales et des \u00e9quipements de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.
