Il demande \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Camwater de relever le niveau de production.<\/p>\n<p>Le ministre de l\u2019Eau et de l\u2019\u00c9nergie, Gaston Eloundou Essomba a men\u00e9 une visite de travail lundi 5 septembre \u00e0 la station de production d\u2019eau potable d\u2019Akomnyada, pour \u00ab<b> d\u00e9celer les causes r\u00e9elles du d\u00e9ficit observ\u00e9 et trouver des pistes de solutions<\/b> \u00bb. En cause, une infrastructure \u00ab <b>mal r\u00e9alis\u00e9e<\/b> \u00bb et \u00ab <b>mal con\u00e7ue<\/b> \u00bb selon Camwater.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00ab On a fait le diagnostic au fil de l\u2019eau et nous avons bien constat\u00e9 que les machines fonctionnent bien. Elles ont un bon d\u00e9bit et depuis le d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, n\u2019y a vraiment pas eu de probl\u00e8mes majeurs parce qu\u2019on a quand m\u00eame pris comme p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de janvier \u00e0 mai 2022 o\u00f9 on \u00e9tait \u00e0 130 000m3 d\u2019eau produits par jour<\/b> \u00bb a rassur\u00e9 le ministre.<\/p>\n<p>La station d\u2019Akomnyada, destin\u00e9e \u00e0 alimenter la capitale politique du pays en eau potable, ne parvient qu\u2019\u00e0 produire entre 120 000 et 150 000 m3 d\u2019eau par jour, sur les 300 000 initialement pr\u00e9vus. Le rapport de la Camwater notait d\u00e9j\u00e0 la d\u00e9faillance du fonctionnement automatique des groupes \u00e9lectropompes de captage qui se manifeste par l\u2019impossibilit\u00e9 de les commander \u00e0 distance, outre les difficult\u00e9s de supervision du fonctionnement des \u00e9quipements \u00e0 partir de la salle de contr\u00f4le.<\/p>\n<p>Au sortir de la visite effectu\u00e9e hier sur le site, Gaston Eloundou Essomba a instruit le top management de la CAMWATER, de relever sans d\u00e9lai le niveau de production \u00e0 130 000m3 et de veiller \u00e0 la bonne qualit\u00e9 des r\u00e9actifs qui garantissent un bon traitement de la source.<\/p>\n<p>Il est par ailleurs question de, convoquer en urgence une session extraordinaire du conseil d\u2019administration afin d\u2019examiner toute la cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement des produits. Car, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 liste de multiples dysfonctionnements et estime que la station a besoin d\u2019\u00eatre r\u00e9habilit\u00e9e. Pourtant, la station construite il y a 37 ans, en 1985, a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9nov\u00e9e deux fois.
