Dans une intervieuw, le minist\u00e8re des Finances a confirm\u00e9 l\u2019information en soulignantque ledit dossier fait actuellement l\u2019objet d\u2019une instruction aupr\u00e8s de la Commission bancaire de l\u2019Afrique centrale (COBAC).<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00ab Le dossier de Africa Golden Bank est toujours en instruction \u00e0 la Commission Bancaire d\u2019Afrique Centrale \u00bb<\/b>, a indiqu\u00e9 le membre du gouvernement.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Financial Afrik, l\u2019agr\u00e9ment pourrait \u00eatre d\u00e9livr\u00e9 avant la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e en cours, au regard de la \u00ab solidit\u00e9 du dossier technique \u00bb, \u00ab Pour exercer en tant que banque, il faut l\u2019autorisation pr\u00e9alable de la COBAC mais la demande est soumise \u00e0 travers le ministre des Finances de l\u2019Etat.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Ecomatin, une bonne main d\u2019hommes d\u2019affaires camerounais se cachent derri\u00e8re ce projet. Entre autres, le site d\u2019information a cit\u00e9, Samuel Foyou, Sylvestre Ngouchinghe, Game Timoth\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Cette nouvelle rend le paysage banquier du Cameroun davantage concurrentiel.
