Africa-Press<\/a> – Cameroun<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>Pour trouver des solutions aux probl\u00e8mes que le march\u00e9 boursier rencontre dans le domaine de la communication, un magazine a vu le jour. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 Douala le 21 avril 2021. Le magazine \u00abPatrimonia\u00bb devra permettre une meilleure visibilit\u00e9 de la bourse des valeurs mobili\u00e8res.<\/p>\n

D\u2019apr\u00e8s le quotidien national bilingue Cameroon Tribune en kiosque ce 28 avril 2021, apr\u00e8s les malentendus qui ont plomb\u00e9 l\u2019action de la fusion de la Douala Stock Exchange (DES) avec la Bourse des valeurs mobili\u00e8res de l\u2019Afrique centrale (BVMAC) au grand d\u00e9sarroi des Etats, investisseurs, entreprises et op\u00e9rateurs \u00e9conomiques; le march\u00e9 boursier red\u00e9colle avec davantage de mouvements du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la BVMAC. C\u2019est ce red\u00e9collage qui favorise la mise sur pied du magazine, \u00abPatrimonia\u00bb. Ce dernier met le cap sur l\u2019information et la vulgarisation de la bourse.<\/p>\n

Pour le porteur de cette initiative, Christian Ngalle, \u00abil s’agit d’attirer les Etats et investisseurs, malgr\u00e9 la maigre offre des titres (jusque-l\u00e0 seules quatre soci\u00e9t\u00e9s et une dizaine de lignes obligataires cot\u00e9es \u00e0 la BVMAC) et l’irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9 des \u00e9missions sur le march\u00e9 primaire, convaincre les entreprises \u00e0 entrer en en bourse\u00bb, peut-on lire dans les colonnes du journal.<\/p>\n

\u00abPatrimonia\u00bb \u00abest appel\u00e9 \u00e0 accompagner cette dynamique d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de la cotation des entreprises de plus en plus courtis\u00e9es par la BVMAC, la bourse devant \u00eatre, selon le mot de son directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, Jean Claude Ngbwa, un moyen essentiel de financement et de p\u00e9rennisation des entreprises et du d\u00e9veloppement des \u00e9conomies de l’Afrique centrale\u00bb, note le reporter.<\/p>\n

Ce magazine \u00abm\u00e8nera ainsi des actions pour que le public s’approprie la culture des op\u00e9rations en bourse, non seulement au travers de ses colonnes, mais aussi par la diffusion de microprogrammes t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9s de s\u00e9ances de cotations en bourse, avec un accent sur les activit\u00e9s du march\u00e9 boursier de la CEMAC, ses textes r\u00e9glementaires, ses acteurs et leurs activit\u00e9s, le lexique boursier pour un meilleur \u00e9clairage sur la BVMAC, instrument de d\u00e9veloppement de la sous-r\u00e9gion, entre autres\u00bb, lit-on.<\/p>\n
