Une grande premi\u00e8re dans l\u2019histoire du Cameroun.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab C\u2019est un investisseur chinois bien int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans cette ville, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9 au rang de Notable Conseiller du Lamidat de c\u00e9ans par Sa Majest\u00e9 Mohamadou Hayatou Issa \u00bb a expliqu\u00e9 un proche collaborateur du Monarque. \u00ab Il n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 fait chef et ne saurait donc \u00eatre chef de troisi\u00e8me d\u00e9gr\u00e9, comme j\u2019ai lu quelque part \u00bb a d\u00e9menti notre source avant de r\u00e9v\u00e9ler l\u2019identit\u00e9 du nouveau notable. \u00ab Il s\u2019appelle Long, PDG de Longstar-Equipment, une entreprise dont les offres sont des Camions et autres engins lourds destines aux transporteurs et entrepreneurs du septentrion \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Le site \u00ab Visiter le Cameroun \u00bb indique que le Lamidat de Ngaound\u00e9r\u00e9 fut fond\u00e9 entre 1836 et 1839 par le chef Vollarb\u00e9 Ardo Ndjobdi. A la t\u00eate du Lamidat se trouve un Lamido, \u00e9lu \u00e0 vie parmi les membres de la famille r\u00e9gnante. Le Lamido est \u00e0 la fois un chef politique et un chef religieux. Comme chef politique, il administre le Lamidat, il rend la justice. Comme chef religieux, il est Iman, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire celui qui conduit la pri\u00e8re \u00e0 la mosqu\u00e9e. En fait, il d\u00e9l\u00e8gue ses pouvoirs \u00e0 un Iman qu\u2019il a nomm\u00e9.
