Africa-Press – Cameroun. <\/strong><\/span>Dans sa parution de cette semaine, Kalara, l\u2019hebdomadaire sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les affaires juridiques a annonc\u00e9 que Paul Biya s\u2019insurge contre une d\u00e9cision de son ministre des finances en faveur de l\u2019homme d\u2019affaires Jean-Pierre Amougou Belinga. \u00ab Le chef de l\u2019Etat conteste les largesses fiscales accord\u00e9es \u00e0 Jean-Pierre Amougou Belinga, notamment parle d\u00e9gr\u00e8vement de 8,99 milliards de Francs CFA et le gel d\u2019un recouvrement de 17,8 milliards de Francs en faveur de ses entreprises. Il ordonne au ministre des finances et \u00e0 son coll\u00e8gue de la justice le respect de la loi dans le traitement des dossiers concernant les inspecteurs des imp\u00f4ts \u00bb<\/b>. L\u2019information, parue \u00e0 la Une de Kalara du 13 Septembre 2022 \u00e9tait confirm\u00e9e par la note du secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la pr\u00e9sidence de la R\u00e9publique dat\u00e9e du 2 Septembre 2022 laquelle avait \u00e9t\u00e9 abondamment distill\u00e9e sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux.<\/p>\n

Pour autant le directeur de publication de Kalara, Christophe Bobiokono croit que le ministre des finances et son suppos\u00e9 prot\u00e9g\u00e9 font de la r\u00e9sistance. \u00ab Vision 4, le ministre des finances essaient de s\u2019opposer. L\u2019instruction date du 2 Septembre. Nous sommes le 14 Septembre, nous n\u2019avons pas souvenance que le ministre des finances a r\u00e9percut\u00e9 et quand on voit la r\u00e9action de certains journalistes de Vision 4 hier lorsque l\u2019information a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendue publique, un certain nombre d\u2019acteurs publics et cet op\u00e9rateur priv\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement n\u2019entendaient pas ex\u00e9cuter les instructions du chef de l\u2019Etat \u00bb<\/b>, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le journaliste sur ABK Radio mercredi. Tout en rappelant que de telles man\u0153uvres avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9es au d\u00e9but de cette affaire de cette autre affaire Amougou Belinga, il a soulign\u00e9 que \u00ab l\u2019administration fiscale a toute la force, tout ce qu\u2019il faut pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer ce qui appartient \u00e0 l\u2019Etat \u00bb.<\/b><\/p>\n

L\u2019intervention du pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique survenait 3 jours apr\u00e8s que l\u2019on ait appris que des inspecteurs des imp\u00f4ts se sont oppos\u00e9s aux mesures prises par le ministre Louis Paul Motaz\u00e9 en faveur du fondateur de Vision 4. \u00ab Les six inspecteurs des imp\u00f4ts poursuivis par M. Jean-Pierre Amougou Belinga et renvoy\u00e9s en jugement public sur les infractions de concussion, trafic d\u2019influence et corruption active, viennent de jeter un pav\u00e9 dans la marre. Par des correspondances individuelles adress\u00e9es lundi dernier (29 ao\u00fbt 2022) au ministre des Finances (Minfi), ils lui demandent rien moins que d\u2019annuler la remise d\u2019un peu plus de 8,99 milliards de francs accord\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019homme d\u2019affaires le 3 ao\u00fbt 2022. Ce jour-l\u00e0, en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 un recours engag\u00e9 deux mois plus t\u00f4t par le patron de Vision 4 T\u00e9l\u00e9vision SA aupr\u00e8s du Minfi, ce dernier avait ramen\u00e9 \u00e0 1,8 milliard de francs le montant du redressement fiscal initialement arr\u00eat\u00e9 par l\u2019administration fiscale \u00e0 10,88 milliards de francs. Les six fonctionnaires estiment que cette d\u00e9cision de leur ministre leur porte pr\u00e9judice. Raison pour laquelle ils menacent de saisir le juge administratif pour obtenir son annulation si le ministre ne fait pas droit \u00e0 leur d\u00e9marche \u00bb<\/b>, annon\u00e7ait Kalara dans son \u00e9dition du 31 Ao\u00fbt 2022.<\/b><\/p>\n
