Africa-Press – Cameroun. <\/strong><\/span>Investir au Cameroun) – Cogea Development Corporation (CDC), entreprise sud-africaine spe\u0301cialise\u0301e dans le de\u0301veloppement des bases logistiques, des zones e\u0301conomiques spe\u0301ciales et des projets d\u2019infrastructures, a e\u0301te\u0301 choisi par la Re\u0301publique centrafricaine (RCA) pour mener son projet de construction de bases logiques au Cameroun, informe l\u2019entreprise. Dans le de\u0301tail, CDC doit fournir une plateforme pour le stockage des marchandises et conduire des ope\u0301rations douanie\u0300res pour les marchandises en transit vers ou en provenance de la RCA a\u0300 travers les ports de Douala et Kribi.<\/p>\n

Pour conduire ce projet, la CDC a lance\u0301 une proce\u0301dure internationale de se\u0301lection d\u2019une entreprise ou groupement pour la re\u0301alisation, en sous-traitance, des travaux d\u2019ame\u0301nagement pour la construction des infrastructures de la base logistique de Douala. Les dossiers de candidatures physiques ou en ligne doivent parvenir a\u0300 la CDC au plus le 31 octobre 2022.<\/p>\n

La RCA lance son projet d\u2019installation de base logistique au Cameroun dans un contexte ou\u0300, selon le Port autonome de Kribi (PAK), le volume de marchandises en direction ou en provenance de ce pays affiche une progression de 991 EVP (conteneur de 20 pieds) en 2019 contre 386 EVP en 2018. Ces e\u0301changes repre\u0301sentent une augmentation de pre\u0300s de 70% par rapport a\u0300 l\u2019anne\u0301e 2018. L\u2019ensemble de ces e\u0301changes ont e\u0301te\u0301 le fait de clients bien connus de RCA tels que Timberland Industries ; Vicwood RCA ; Tahnry RCA ; Socimco ; Sinfocam ; la Centrafricaine des bois.<\/p>\n

Depuis 2020, les responsables du PAK ont pre\u0301sente\u0301 quelques mesures incitatives re\u0301serve\u0301es aux investisseurs de la RCA. On peut citer une re\u0301serve fon\u00adcie\u0300re de plus de 15 hectares et la mise a\u0300 disposition d\u2019espaces a\u0300 usage de bureaux pour les services douaniers de la RCA.<\/p>\n
