Africa-Press – Cameroun. <\/strong><\/span>Le gouvernement s\u2019est tourne\u0301 vers l\u2019Exim bank of India pour solliciter ce pre\u0302t afin d\u2019achever le projet d\u2019alimentation en eau potable de Yaounde\u0301.<\/b><\/p>\n

Le gouvernement par l\u2019entremise du ministre charge\u0301 de l\u2019e\u0301conomie, Alamine Ousamane Mey<\/b>, selon nos confre\u0300res de Boulevard-Actu vient d\u2019engager un pre\u0302t a\u0300 l\u2019Exim bank of India pour faire avancer le Projet d\u2019Alimentation en Eau Potable de la ville de Yaounde\u0301 (PAEPYS). Le montant annonce\u0301 du pre\u0302t est de 22 milliards F.<\/p>\n

Ce pre\u0302t va permettre d\u2019installer un re\u0301seau tertiaire d\u2019eau potable a\u0300 Yaounde\u0301 de 348 km et faciliter la re\u0301alisation de 29, 248 raccordements individuels au re\u0301seau d\u2019eau potable.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est pour re\u0301soudre le proble\u0300me d\u2019absence et pe\u0301nurie d\u2019eau potable a\u0300 Yaounde que le gouvernement a instaure\u0301 en 2017 le Projet d\u2019Alimentation en Eau Potable de la ville de Yaounde\u0301 (PAEPYS). <\/b>Pour le concre\u0301tiser, le gouvernement a finance\u0301 la premie\u0300re phase gra\u0302ce a\u0300 un pre\u0302t de 399 milliards de F contracte\u0301 a\u0300 la Exim bank of China.<\/p>\n

Au travers de ce projet, il a e\u0301te\u0301 estime\u0301 une production de 300.000 m3 d\u2019eau potable par jour; bien que la demande actuelle en eau potable seulement pour la ville de Yaounde\u0301 soit estime\u0301e a\u0300 315.000 m3. Pre\u0301vu pour e\u0302tre livre\u0301 en 2022, le Paepys devrait e\u0301galement alimenter, d\u2019autres villes tels Obala, Soa, Ntui, Batchenga et Nkometou.<\/p>\n

Couple\u0301 a\u0300 cela, la construction des stations de pompage a\u0300 Nyom, d\u2019une station de captage d\u2019eau brute a\u0300 Nachtigal, d\u2019un reseau de canalisation a\u0300 Obala, une usine d\u2019eau potable a\u0300 Emana-Batchenga et un poste de transformation e\u0301lectrique.<\/p>\n
